Bought a coupon online to have my ducts cleaned. I left multiple messages on their main line (which was a Magic Jack phone line instead of a true business line), called their offline tech number, no one answered, until today — when I was informed that the number was incorrect, despite it being the main business line listed on their site and contact info through Living Social.
Thankfully my money was refunded through Living Social, but this is not a legitimate business. Save yourself a headache and avoid them.

This company has been a nightmare. They cannot get my new unit installed and running after over a week of working on it, even though they have their «best» tech working on it. They do not respond to phone calls in a timely manner and they are overwhelmed by the amount of work that they have. Save yourself the headaches and learn from my mistake and look elsewhere for your needs.
