Clean, safe, fun for everyone! We are an indoor trampoline park that has something for the whole family. Whether you are looking for exercise, fun with friends or just indoor recreation we are the place! You can jump, flip and literally bounce off the walls! We have trampoline dodgeball, trampoline basketball dunking, tricking and tumbling lanes, rock climbing a gladiator arena and much more. We offer a generous lounge area where you can enjoy snacks and drinks from our café, watch some sports and use our free wi-fi.

For those of you with children who are 6 years or younger we do offer tot times where we are closed to the general public and only open for you. Please contact us for those special times. We love our tots!

History

Established in 2014.

Rockin’ Jump in Trumbull opened up in May of 2014. It is the first franchise of Rockin’ Jump that opened on the east coast by a local family.

Rockin’ Jump the idea was hatched in 2010 in California. An idea cultivated between two families as they searched for a safe, fun and exercise focused venue to take their kids. They are actually pretty easy to understand. They are people like us who wanted to exercise, but also liked to have fun. Lots of fun. And we want to encourage our kids to do the same.

They plotted out thier combined experience in construction, hospitality, food & beverage and entrepreneurship, and realized they could collectively figure out how to make this trampoline concept a truly great experience for everyone.

They also wanted a new alternative for birthday parties and family gatherings, where quality food and private party rooms were guaranteed, and kids could safely play while they socialized with other parents.

Steven’s destiny was to be a Rockin’ Jump Franchise Owner. From the moment he assembled a backyard trampoline for his kids, he knew this fun had unlimited potential. All the kids in the neighborhood enjoyed doing this physical activity together — that is, when they could convince their parents to give them a turn! That first trampoline provided sensory input for kids, a great workout for his budding trampolinist and a basketball court that provided slam-dunks for everyone. After 24 years working in the corporate world, Steven decided to pursue his dream of opening up a recreational facility. He wanted to open a business that gives back to the community and provides safe, family fun that everyone can enjoy. The natural fit was Rockin’ Jump. Steven, his wife Roni, and their three great kids Jacob, Ethan and Lily will be at the park often. They look forward to jumping with you!

Do not go here. Managers were extremely disrespectful to customers and especially to the staff. Saw the owners of this establishment and they were the most rude to their staff. It did not seem like they respected them in the slightest. It seemed like my kids could not do anything in this place. Yes, all of the ridiculous rules are to keep the kids safe, but they could not let me lift my child to shoot a basket? Anyway, I will not be coming back to Rockin’ Jump again and will tell my friends.

I won’t go again and am sure they don’t get many repeat customers. The staff was unnecessarily harsh and really seemed to be poorly managed. Which is probably the root of the problem at this place. The staff are mostly teenage kids and I bet they have terrible leadership and would do a lot better with a competent manager.

I’ve been here twice and both times my experiences have been great. It’s a great space that is immaculately clean, and has a lot of different options going on. I believe there are like 7 different stations you can go to. Both times I went with a friend, without kids, and it wasn’t weird at all. (It helps I’m a woman, let’s be honest) I anticipated kids would gawk at weird adults playing in the trampoline park but the kids are so busy having fun that you are free to have fun. Staff are friendly (but they do look a little haggard at times) and genuinely want you to have a good time (but obviously be safe in doing so).
I honestly think you need to be 4+ to have fun and be safe here though. Only because every kid I see in there are doing flips and tricks and it makes me scared for really little ones I see that are 1 – 3 year olds. I also recommend wearing loose, comfy clothes you can move around in if you plan on maximizing your fun.

I recently visited there for a party but to be honest I probably won’t be going back anytime soon the staff members are so rude and unfriendly I went there with my 3 year old and all they did was yell at him instead of talking to him. I definitely will not be back anytime soon with my son again they need to train their staff on how to be professional and how to treat the children better. It was the worst experience there with my 3 year old.

My two stars go to the cleanliness of this place and the friendly front desk staff. The rest of the staff were horrible. The staff needs to be trained on how to deal with toddlers, you can’t just talk to them like they’re a grown kid. That paired with the excessive policing has almost guaranteed that I won’t visit again. I mean, you deal with children, where are all the friendly faces? Also, I think their should be a quick briefing on the rules prior to jumping, having to find out through some of the rude staff didn’t help.

The employees are so grumpy and rude. No smiles, just a lot of scolding of both parents and kids. I went with my 2.5YO, but I think we would of had more fun if we stayed home and jumped on our bed.

Super fun for kids and adults! Dont be afraid to come and have a good time because you are in your 20’s is very fun and had many different activities both adults and kids can enjoy! Dodge ball is so much fun rock climbing bring some gloves unless you want your nails to chip! Lol cant wait to come back! Lockers are super easy to work with. Tip: bring gym clothes is almost a work out but better! Don’t worry about the shoes you wont be needing those.

Had a good time. Price was decent, though we had to pay for their socks. The employees were miserable, as if we were causing them an inconvenience for being there. My kids and I dubbed them the «trampoline police.» All we heard was you can’t do this you can’t do that. Most of things that we were doing were not unsafe or unreasonable for anyone else who would be enjoying themselves. I wouldn’t go back I can spend my money else where.

Brought my two grandchildren here today, age 10 and 6 ½, and they’re having a wonderful time. Staff is wonderful. Elise, a lead, was awesome. Highly recommended. Gary the manager was so friendly. Place immaculate and very family oriented!

The people running the place all seem to be kids but they are really super. The girl checking us in was very accommodating as she immediately recognized we had a child with a significant disability. While we were fully expecting to pay full price for an adult pass to help him she said that would not be necessary and his mom was allowed to go on the activities with him. The staff was really great and very patient. I would definitely return although I could see where you might end up waiting if it gets really crowded so good to call ahead.

My daughter had some fun there. However it was hard to really let loose and hand fun because all of the employees seemed miserable, and crabby. I thought that a place that was centered around children would have employees that were a bit more cheerful. And every two seconds they are blowing their whistle about something…

Brought my two grandkids today. They loved it. I thought it was great for them too but I do have a suggestion for management. Have separate lines for people who already made reservations online. I made reservations online and had to wait a ridiculous amount of time just to check in and get the wristbands.

I went online to find a local trampoline park for my now twelve year old son Giovanni. We grabbed a friend and took a ride down to Rockin’ Jump in Trumbull.
As soon as we entered the facility we felt the awesome excitement and I just knew my son and his buddy were going to have an amazing afternoon.
We visited the park many times and always had an amazing experience.
We decided to have Giovanni’s 12^th birthday party on October 5 2014
As soon as we booked the party all my son would talk about was how he wished today would be the day of his party!!!
On the day of his party we arrived a few minutes early to meet our party coordinator
Kayla.
She greeted us with so more enthusiasm and excitement. It was awesome. My sons facial expression of happiness brought tears to my eyes as he greeted his friends.
Kayla was patient and very accommodating getting the boys checked in. Always a smile on her face and I thought wow this young lady is going above and beyond.
She spent the entire afternoon catering to our every need and again always with a smile and enthusiasm.
She arraigned for a private game of dodge ball which was all the rage for the boys. She made a special announcement wishing Giovanni happy birthday and I watched my son glow with happiness.
She helped pass out the pizza and cake as though she was taking care of her own family .
If anyone is thinking about having their child’s birthday party at Rockin’ Jump please ask for Kayla. She is beyond her years and will make sure your child will have an amazing experience
So thank you Rockin Jump and Kayla for making my sons day so special

My daughter and I went to Rockin’ Jump on a Monday, and enjoyed it so much we went back on Wednesday!
I found the environment to be full of energy, but well controlled by employees closely monitoring behavior and ensuring there were no collisions or cracked skulls. Surprisingly, despite it being essentially a huge warehouse filled with sweaty people with bare feet, it seemed clean and didn’t smell. It was an inexpensive way to spend an hour or two, and provided a fun outlet for some energy.
It was way more crowded on the Wednesday than the Monday; I don’t know if that’s a pattern or just happenstance, but I’d recommend giving it a try on a Monday to avoid crowds.

Too many kids. Not enough monitors. And the monitors they have aren’t paying close attention. Absolute chaos. Kids cutting wait lines and climbing over wait chains. Facilities are nice. But after your daughter has been elbowed in the face a couple times you really don’t care about the facilities.
