I have been using Aussie Pet Mobile for several years to groom my labradoodle and have been extremely pleased with the skill and care they have shown handling my dog. Stephen is very caring and it shows in the attention he gives to the details of the cut that I prefer and in noticing any changes that might be of concern. Scheduling is very easy and communication is timely and efficient. Neighbors have asked where my dog gets groomed and have started using Stephen as well. I would recommend Aussie without hesitation.

I’ve been using Aussie for well over 8 yrs and I couldn’t be any happier! Stephen & Monique are absolutely the best in the business. You can tell that they are passionate about their jobs because it shows in the quality and detail of their work. They never rush always leaving me a little more knowledgeable than before they came. Over the years Aussie Pet Mobile has gone above and beyond for me and my pets. I am grateful for their amazing service.

I would not recommend this company. What is interesting is that I found this service through Unilocal.Which makes me wonder can you trust Unilocal?
The van pulls into my driveway on time but when the groomer opened the door I was amazed to see how dirty it was inside the van.
There was hair everywhere. Even when she used the leash to get my dog in the van it was full of dog hair. My first instinct was to tell her that I didn’t want her to give him a bath in such a filthy place. But I felt badly and allowed her give him a bath. Definitely the wrong decision.
Please understand I put everything in perspective understanding their are issues that can’t be helped especially when you are working with dogs.
I would have advised the groomer take the time to clean the van prior to arriving to her next appointment. When I questioned why it was so dirty she said she just cut 2 dogs and hair goes everywhere.
Really? Isn’t anyone taking the time to think about a new client that is presented with a van that is filthy? I’m sorry who wants to take a bath in a dirty tub with hair everywhere. I wish I would have taken a picture of the van to proof my point. I would never recommend this company. Besides my dog is still dirty. His legs are filthy horrible job. This wasn’t cheap. It cost $ 106.36 with no toe clipping or ear clipping. Honestly it was a bad experience.

Ive been using Aussie for a few years now. My cat gets a good shave every now and then :) Lion cut for her. The people are always nice and respectful (Katie the groomer is super nice). and they are nice on the phone too. They come right to your door. Not many places deal with cats. Great service!
