In one afternoon five years ago, Nelson met us for the first time, showed us a wonderful house we could afford first (and last after we’d seen the rest). He and Kathy guided the transaction with some pieces of amazing help. Yes it needed work, but we expected that and now have our dream house.
They are honest and helpful, working for the buyer, not simply to sell something.

If you are looking to buy a property in Donner or Tahoe Kathy and Nelson are by far the best choice. We were looking for a property last year and got a lovely house by the beach a few months ego with Kathy and Nelsons help. They always went above and beyond for us as buyers. Before we went to see each house or condo they already did all the homework and called the selling agent to get us all the background information. They were very helpful with every thing even recommending a contractor. I would definitely recommend them to our friends.
