Signature Properties is professional, and easy to work with. I would recommend them to anybody interested in renting quality properties in the Truckee area.

I tried to book a rental with Dana Moraru while traveling abroad. I called her mobile number during business hours but no answer. I emailed for the booking and was given a website to complete the process — the website was malfunctioning and wouldn’t allow me to complete the booking. I had to email again and was given a lengthy contract to complete and return by email. I agreed to Dana’s price, completed the contract with full details including credit card information, telephone number, email address etc. and did the best I could without a printer by typing my name for the «signature» line and submit the contract.
A few weeks later when I had Internet access again I saw an email from Dana saying that she needs a real signature; she didn’t mention that the reservation will not be finalized until this is done or give me any reason to think the booking is *not* reserved. I email her back right away and asked for some electronic method of booking since I am not able to print — she replies to tell me that she canceled my booking and gave it to someone else. She never called, never emailed, no communication whatsoever. Very unreliable! :/

Professionals who care about our home and always go the extra step to help no matter what! And yes, they do a very good job of keeping our home rented and in excellent condition. I highly recommend them as property managers for your home!
Dana is always a pleasure to work with, her communication is very good, I always feel informed. They have a good network of resources and if anything needs fixing they alert us and always propose a solution.
