Business Owner

Bill purchased Quality Automotive and Smog in 2009 as a reputable business with established and loyal customers. Since then, he has taken the team to the next level of service and performance. He is proud to serve the Truckee community with a shop that offers honesty and integrity in every facet of vehicle repair.

Bill’s love for cars started at sixteen when he rebuilt his own engine while working as a technician. Since then, he has been a mechanic on his own vehicles, as well as managing fleets for several businesses. Bill lives in Truckee with his wife and two children enjoying skiing, kayaking, rafting, camping, mountain biking and fishing. He drives a 2010 Toyota Tundra and 1998 Audi A4. He’s come a long way since his first car, a canary yellow 1973 Chevy Vega.
