Business Owner

Robie Wilson Litchfield has over 30 years professional experience working in the Truckee-​North Tahoe Region. First-​hand experience with the various environmental factors and local jurisdictions in design and construction has brought her the sound and thorough foundation needed to provide project review and advice in all realms of mountain planning. Exposure to a variety of projects in the Tahoe area has provided experience with the myriad of state, county and local environmental laws, regulations and design guidelines. She has worked closely with state and local agency representatives, architects, engineers, contractors, as well as natural resource specialists, which has provided for good and solid working knowledge in these realms. As a forty-​five year resident of the Truckee-​North Tahoe region, Ms. Litchfield is highly sensitive to mountain design issues and is acutely aware of the changes and impacts involved in development in mountainous regions.
