I have had relied on Alpenglow to clean our cabin after rentals for almost a year. I have received great feedback from our guests about the cleanliness of our place. Jani has also saved me a couple times (reset our wifi router so I could control the heater remotely, restocked the place, etc.). It’s a great company to rely on!

Jani and her team at Alpenglow are fantastic! They did a construction clean on our house after a renovation project. We came home after the Alpenglow crew had performed their magic, and you would never have known that it had been a construction zone for the past 3 months. They are very reliable and do a great job. We where given a house cleaning service when the love of my life was diagnosed with cancer. I didn’t know how invaluable this service would be. Jani and her crew rocks. They were up to any schedule that worked for us, and did an amazing job when they were here. They also had no problem with our dog. I thought that I cleaned well, but Alpenglow Cleaning steps it up. I use Alpenglow cleaning to clean my office. They do a great job! The person assigned to clean my office is super sweet and is always willing to do anything extra that I might ask (I just have to leave a note). She is also able to work around projects that I may have left have open & unfinished on my desk. It is so nice to come into a clean office on Monday!

We so wanted to love Alpenglow and truly tried and tried to convince ourselves it was ok. However, the reality is this company and the job they do are very so-​so. We’ve used them numerous times trying to give the benefit of the doubt However, they aren’t that thorough, they miss things completely and repeatedly, and they may or may not arrive on time — you might be waiting a few hours. If you are not that particular, you might be fine with them. Owner talks the talk of being concerned about customer service but doesn’t follow through. I guess we will keep looking.

Alpenglow Cleaning came recommended from a neighbor who told me that they do a great job if you’re there to supervise them. They do an excellent job cleaning kitchens and a good job cleaning bathrooms. I had to ask several weeks in a row for more thoroughly mopped floors, however, as it appeared that they only spot cleaned. The owner was unfortunately rude in response to my communication with her. Many times I would not receive an invoice for cleanings, but would receive an invoice for them later with a note telling me that they were «STILL due.» I was also billed twice for cleanings that I had already paid. My advice is to be extremely mindful of the invoice numbers, dates, and payment amounts to avoid any confusion from their poor record-​keeping.

We are so happy with Alpenglow Cleaning! They take care of our cabin as it is their own house! We had several problems with renters and Jani helped us with everything. When we were out of country our renters had a fire accident and Jani’s response was more than amazing! They cleaned the cabin, took the pics, received a fire dept’s report for us. We tried three different companies before we met this one and we’ll stay with them forever. Very responsible, professional and well organized team. I would gladly recommend Alpenglow Cleaning for everyone who is looking for support in property management.

We use Alpenglow for our Vacation home in Truckee. We have renters that rent our home on the weekends and also a week at a time. Every time we send an email asking how their stay was, the first reply to our email is, Your home is lovely and so clean! We feel confident that each time a new renter comes to our home it will be very clean.
