History

Established in 2005.

Started off small with an idea. It was fun, new, exiting, stimulating, and the snow removal subsidized my income as a full time musician. I liked the hobby aspect of it, playing and working with tractors is fun. I also really enjoyed talking with customers, and that has come easy for me.

I now have 3 Holder tractors a few GREAT employees, and a legitimate business. It is still fun and exciting. The hours get a little crazy, but nothing compared to the life I had as a professional drummer.

As I grow I never forget what is most important, and that is the clients. It is a service business, and I feel I do a very good job. I do my best to communicate with all my clients and employees. I never promise something that I can’t deliver. I have also realized that every customer, and driveway is completely different and must be treated completely separate. There are special needs, different service times, financial situations, different sizes and all kinds of unforeseen obstacles.
