I come here while I live in royal oak, as the royal oak stores are awful!
This store rocks. I’ve gotten four phones and two tablets here. They are friendly, not pushy and they know their products. I know I can come here anytime and get the help u need or a new phone without sales pitch pressure. It’s really the best store in the area, and I never wait long.

I went in yesterday with a network issue and the team in this store is top notch. My service rep is Sarna A. and he’s on point with getting right to the problem, explaining it, offering a solution; and he’s just a really cool and nice guy. No one likes to have phone issues in the middle of a business day but at least the sting isn’t so bad when you have a nice group of knowledgable people eager to get it fixed.
Also, admittedly I’m lazy about downloading the updates, he takes care of that and he gets on my case about backing my phone up which I did when I got ome. Final point, not always happy with the Sprint network/​tower/​outages but the resolution and repair teams in the actual stores can’t be beat!

I have been doing business with this store for many years. The employees that they have working there are much to be desired. I ordered a phone to and was having it shipped to a chicago location. The staff member did not put the apartment number on the shipping information so the phone was sent back to Kentucky. Now the phone is on back order for 4 to 8 weeks. Called Sprint direct and they were able to arrange a phone to be picked up at their location in Chicago and took care of the problem right away, not like this store pushing the buck and taking 2 days just to tell me that there was nothing that they can do. Always go direct in ordering phones, never a 3^rd party store. As far as I’m concerned, they don’t even deserve a star~

Olivia is so sweet and helpful! I was due for an upgrade and decided to browse some phones at Best Buy since they normally have better deals. Not a single person said hello or would help me and I was the only person in the vicinity! I normally go to the sprint store on Hall Road or Rochester but decided to give this location a try.
Olivia greeted us and was so upbeat and bubbly! How could you not like her! I knew exactly what phone I wanted but they had to order it in. You could tell she really likes her job. She treats everyone like their her best friend. My phone came in a few days later and she set up my accounts for me.
I came back a few weeks later because my phone damaged my SD card and she was as helpful as she could be with that issue. I also closed my previous Sprint account and was waiting on a refund and she was nice enough to call customer service and ask about my refund.
I hate Sprint but I will make sure I go to this store in the future because Olivia really cares about her customers.

The people at this store are all amazing. I have been going here for years and it is the one of the few stores that the staff actually knows what they are talking about and know how to fix problems with my phone. They go out of thier way to make sure things work out.

This Sprint store is great! I had a problem with my phone and they handled it professionally, quickly and correctly. I had been to another Sprint location and waited 45 minutes only for them to tell me nothing was wrong. I went in this store and spoke with Martin within 5 minutes of walking in the door. He understood my problem with the phone and had to order a new phone for me. I received my new phone 2 days later. I since decided to upgrade to the Epic and went and purchased it there. The staff is great and the service is great. All around great Sprint experience!!!
