I wish I could give them no stars instead of this one because they don’t even deserve that. This was the worst experience I have ever had at an urgent care facility. Not only did I wait three hours to get called into the room, the women at the front desk were extremely rude and unprofessional. After three hours of waiting I had plenty of reason to be ticked off but clearly customer service isn’t a thing anymore? she immediately started to be rude and give me attitude when I asked her why people who came after me we’re getting called in before me. Pretty logical question if you ask me. I plan to make a direct complaint about her as well even though I’m sure nothing will get done about it. Their loss! I arrived there at two in the afternoon and didn’t leave until almost seven. I talked to the doctor for no more than five minutes and left with no more information than I walked in with. This is a poorly run business and you will leave there feeling much worse than you did when you went. I recommend to go anywhere but here!!! I will absolutely never return.

I had a bad pain in my back, its right down the road from where I live and i have been there b4 sooo of i went. The wait was ok, no magazines to read but you are sick right? .Anyway i go in to see the PA and I am waiting like 4EVER! Finally he comes in and is very cold and downright rude and mean! and for no reason. His tone was so nasty, I politely informed him of this, he then proceeded to get even nastier! Then when he examined me, he deliberately gave me an extra special painfull Prod! He even asked me several times why I was there, without giving me any chance to respond! When I asserted myself and pointed out I would respond when he stopped agressively repeating the same irrelelvant question. I left the exam room back to the waiting area and waited another ½ hour-​45 minutes 4 the RX. which was for NOTHING I complained about. furthermore the RX. i asked 2b refilled were never called in. BEWARE

I use to go to this office. I had Dr. Littwa when they were on 4^th. Dr. Littwa couldn’t stay in the room more than 5 minutes at a time. Maybe he was hitting the bottle? Anyway I brought my 6 month old daughter there also. The nurse came in to weight her and put her on the scale with nothing behind her, she then put her on the mat which had soiled paper. How do I know this? Because there were pen marks measuring another child. Nothing but morons here.

I went here on Monday for an Urgent Care visit. I had a great experience with the nurses and the PA. They saw me within a timely manner and answered my questions.
However the secretaries running the front desk have major attitude toward patients. I did not receive any attitude but I witnessed a few patients after me get it from them.
This last thing I will say almost made me give this place 1 star but the nurses and PA were great. While waiting for the receptionist to one finger type in all my information the other receptionist was talking to her and the others about orthopedic shoes and how her ex husband got them and she told him, «those are GAY shoes». ARE YOU KIDDING ME LADY!!!
I could have been gay, people in the waiting room could have been gay. She said it with the reception window open right to the waiting room. What the hell! How un-​professional and hurtful of her. I was too sick to even start a fight but I will get her name next time I’m there.

They turned me away! Because I had Medicare. They are privately operated so watch out. I went to Samaritan with no troubles.

I came here because it was an emergency and I should have just allowed myself to die!
I didn’t have to wait long in the lobby and I thought when they showed me to the room that I’d be seen soon enough. Boy was I wrong! When the doctor finally came in the room, he found it necessary to leave the room several times for no real reason so I spent most of my time waiting rather than getting any actual medical attention. I get more attention at the deli section in walmart!!!
I basically wasted several HOURS here and felt like a cow more than a patient. I’d rather die than come here again.
