If I could give this place zero stars I would! 1st the chick with the fake bright red hair is the rudest person I’ve every encountered. It is not my fault you hate your life. I’ve ran into her multiple times and it’s always the same attitude. Answering«*sigh* I don’t know» multiple times when asked a question is sad and pathetic. 2nd sonic is notorious for the long waits but 13min for a slush is ridiculous. To be honest that one worker really ruined the whole thing for me!

20 min in the drive through to get 2 medium slush drinks… Oh hell no! What are they doing inside to take that long just for 2 drinks!

Slowest drive through in America. I just spent a half hour waiting on a slush ie. Thankfully the slush ie was still fire.

Wow close 15 minutes early and ruin my life why don’t you. Good shakes though so I’ll give you that.

Unless you are ONLY going to get a milk shake or slush avoid this location. Burgers are tasteless, smashed and dry — order tater tots and get fries(that’s happened a couple of times). Ordered a hamburger with cheese only and got ketchup and all the other fixings. Drive thru employees are rude and not happy they have a job. Not going back unless they make BIG changes.

I became addicted to the Sonic cherry limeade when I lived down south. I was so excited when one opened near me, but what a HUGE disappointment. It has always been unbelievably slow, but today absolutely NOONE answered when I pulled up to order. When I drove by the takeout window, I could see no one inside. I wasn’t sure who or what the people in line were waiting for. I left and will have to try another location when I have to have a cherry limeade

My power went out and I was looking for something to kill the time. I wanted ice cream. After getting gas just to get ice cream I drove to Dairy Queen and 7-Eleven, I ended up at sonic. I checked out the menu at the car hop station then decided to get in line. This was hands down the SLOWEST drive thru I have ever been in. I wasted thirty minutes of my life in this line. I order a sonic blast and popcorn chicken. I finally get home and open to bag to find three pieces of chicken in my bag. For almost four bucks that’s what I get? The worst part is when you finally get to the window and see TWO employees working as slowly as possible.

I ran out of things to clean in my car while waiting for my slushie. So, after 30 minutes I figured I’d write a review. Not sure what else can be said other than I gave up and just left.

It’s 8pm and where should you go? Maybe Sonic but just maybe. This place is slow because of the ½ price shake special after 8pm. The last two times we have made a visit the shakes and slushies were melted :/this last time it took us twenty minutes in the drive thru…

Thanks for the soggy fries and rock hard hot dog bun Sonic. At least my burger and drink were ok. Don’t think I’ll be coming back anytime soon.

I’ve done the drive-through twice at this Sonic and it’s always super, super slow. Not sure why. Today took like ten to fifteen minutes to get through it. Today I got the Chicago dog, and a mini order of mozzarella sticks and of onion rings. The onion rings were good but the outside was a little sweet, for some reason. Mozzarella sticks weren’t as soft/stringy as I like but still okay. Chicago dog was fantastic as usual but I asked for no sport peppers and they included them.(really???) I do like Sonic’s food and this is the closest one to me, but overall is just okay.

The onion rings taste like waffles. They need to use different oil. It was really disgusting.

You guys forgot my corn dog after I repeatedly asked if it was in the bag before leaving.

I always know what to expect when I come to Sonic. The service is always better than average, and unfortunately the same cannot be said about the food. Everytime I come here, the burgers are cold, the fries are overcooked, and the drinks taste flat. The only item that you cannot go wrong with is the Limeades! Especially during Happy Hour. They are half off! If you come here to get a Limeade and also have an appetite, make sure to hit the Burger King next door. Lol. Three Stars for Limeades!

Sonics fries are pathetic, and this location in particular loves to roller skate out cold food to you, and actually hope for a tip. Here’s a tip. Don’t serve cold food!

Wow. Surprised by how well the customer service was there. Full of smiles, joked around with me and prompt service. I got the island chicken sandwich with tater tots and a medium strawberry limeade! I am usually not a huge fan of their food but I must admit that I am really looking the chicken sandwich. I had just a limited time to get back to work so I stopped here and I sure am happy that I did! Good job guys keep it up!!! :-)

Pass. As much as I love the concept and novelty of drive-ins, a sad rarity in our age, A&W classics and British Columbia’s White Spot put out a far better, more consistent experience than Sonic. Drinks are Sonic’s main attraction, especially their happy hours from 2−4PM and occasionally late night when drinks go half off. Sometimes their desserts do too. They do a bunch of freezes, slushes, and the coveted limeades that come loaded with fruit and chipped up ‘snowball’ ice. I used to slate a visit to Sonic in when visiting friends or relatives who lived in the Missouri or Iowa area, the way tourists bound for California specifically hunt around for an In-and-Out Burger to see what all the fuss is about. The Route 66(jumbo size) strawberry limeade with no ice and extra strawberries sustained me on many a road trip down I-80 or I-35. I remember quite fondly how the pop took on the fizz of strawberry juice into something beautifully tart and sweet at the same time. Forget the actual food, the only thing I wanted was the Route 66. Sadly Sonic has failed to live up to the mid-2000s encounters in the lower Midwest and their expansion into the Great Lakes states has left a bad taste in my mouth. Literally. The food is the worst offender, but inconsistent drinks, flat pop, and unpalatable selections are all problematic. The beau and I today stopped by the John R location for lunch after a disappointing run to TJ Maxx. The Santa Fe breakfast toaster sandwich looked good, a bunch of grilled veggies and cheese on two thick pieces of toast. He went for a bacon cheeseburger meal with onion rings. The pop came out fine and while we waited a bit longer than usual for our order, the drive-thru cashier was apologetic for the time. The first bite of the fries should have warned me about this meal. They were unsalted and lukewarm, and mushy around the middle. I went through a few more, none any warmer than room temperature. Burnt batter crumbled off the onion rings, and they dripped grease, and they tasted awful. The onion was sort of rubbery, the breaded coating flavourless and squishy in one place, crisp on the other side. I turned to my sandwich, and first up, it had a single slab of bacon and a piece of waxy, plastic cheese partially melted to the toast. I could’ve put a Kraft single on toast and made myself a grilled cheese at this rate. The cheese tasted very artificial and chemically, and it clung to the gooey vegetables in the worst way. I managed to eat half the greasy sandwich before admitting defeat. I wouldn’t order this again ever. His hamburger was a bit better. The plastic artificial cheese blighted his burger too. He reported the lettuce and the bread were not too soggy like my sandwich. The bright spot tends to be service. Most employees are genuinely cheerful, accurate, and hard-working. They bring out deliveries and double-check orders, and I have no complaints about drive-thru or drive-in service. Ordering is a snap and they are prompt to deliver.

It always drove me crazy seeing these Sonic commercials and knowing none are in Canada or even close to me. I went to Michigan for a few days and I was just driving along and all of a sudden I see a SONIC, I get way to excited to easily… The food was by best, the most delicious fast food burger I have ever had! I tried the bacon cheese burger with tators and they were such a great combo! I also had the orange/peach slushie and it was sooo good! I drove back to Toronto and the slushie was still frozen when I arrived home. I can’t wait to go back!
