I cam here for a battery, for my crappy car. I tip my hat of (if I wore a hat) to the guy that helped me. He was trying to help like two or three other people all at ounce. He also sold me on getting a better battery for one that wasn’t as good for the same price!!!

Very helpful man at the counter… unfortunately, they told me it would take an hour, instead it took three.
Need more employees on Saturday — that’s when people have time to get their cars fixed.

In and out on a Sunday afternoon in about 1−½ hours. Got battery problem diagnosed and replacement battery installed. Good service. Friendly, helpful attendants. Price was a little higher than I would have liked to pay for a battery and install but I was willing to pay it for the warranty and quality I’d get with the replacement. It was my type of car that seemed to dictate a «gold» series battery.
One annoying thing happened: when I signed the work order I was given a copy that I stuck in my purse and then proceeded to shop for an hour. Only after I got home did I find that with the work order there was a $ 5 off coupon toward any purchase in the store. It would have been nice if my salesperson would have mentioned that fact since I did proceed to spend about $ 100 in the store on clothing items.
