Procerus Skin Care was formed by Kathleen Gilmore, MD, MBA. Dr. Gilmore has many years of experience with cosmetic laser devices and has a well established procedures for laser hair removal, laser skin rejuvenation, and cellulite treatments. She values bringing safe procedures that are effective for the clients looking for solutions to skin problems. Dr. Gilmore has a talented staff that includes nurses, aestheticians, and office staff.

Procerus Skin is founded upon a belief in professionalism and precision. It is based upon passion for customer satisfaction and partnership with our clientele. The team at Procerus, led by Dr Kathleen hold true to their core values of respect, passion and excellence.

Dr Kathleen Gilmore, formerly the Corporate Medical Director of American Laser Centers during its period of most rapid expansion, 2003-​200 was involved in the development of new technology for non-​invasive and minimally invasive treatments for skin rejuvenation and body contouring, and presented these findings both nationally and internationally. Starting Procerus for Dr Kathleen is a return to her passion for cosmetic laser technology and offering the latest cutting edge treatments.

Procerus Skin Care Ann Arbor has grown to be the Premier MedSpa and Laser Clinic in Ann Arbor. With such great success, Procerus is delighted to now offer services in Oakland County, serving Troy, Bloomfield Hills, and Birmingham Michigan.

Business Owner

Dr Kathleen has over 10 years of Specialty Training and experience in Dermatology procedures, cosmetic laser applications and injectable treatments for restoring and recapturing a more youthful and refreshed appearance. Dr Kathleen has a love for training, and has developed protocols and training systems allowing for the safe and effective use of non-​invasive cosmetic laser treatments in high volume centers under strictly standardized protocols. She has also developed adaptations in cooperation with laser equipment manufactuers further ensuring patient safety during treatments. She has presented her research findings at national laser medicine and surgery conferences. Dr Kathleen continues to train and develop protocols in both laser treatments and injectable treatments, particularly Botox, and Sculptra Aesthetic, as well as Restylane and Voluma.

She has a love for missions and she and her husband Benn a retired ENT travel yearly on Christian Medical Missions.
