Let me start with I love noodles and I think they have the best customer service. Today I picked up a carry out. My friends order was perfect, mine on the other hand had something in it. It looked like some kind of stick or stem. I’m not sure how they didn’t see this I will post a picture. You never know what it really is. I lost my appetite and called the store, they were kind about it but offered me a coupon in the mail. I just don’t feel like a coupon for one meal doesn’t make me happy. I expected more for not eating my food.

I’ve always had good and fast service here. They take great care with food allergies. I will continue going back frequently. I love it!

«Old» Jim needs to retire because he has lost his noodle. He is old, grouchy and rude! When I called to tell him my order was incorrect he hung up on me! FYI old Jim no one likes an old and impotent noodle!

Mac & Cheese and Penne Rosa were just ok. Tasted like microwave pasta. The noodles were not cooked enough and the dishes has little taste. Very bland.

Delicious food from there soups to salads to pastas! And always friendly and great service! My favorites are their penna rosa, strawberry spinach salad, japanese pan noodles, chinese chop salad, and rice crispy treats, but I’ve tried almost everything and have never been disappointed! The price is right too.

I didn’t take me very long after getting my meal to remember why I stopped eating here. This place used to have decent food. I don’t know what has happened to this location, but the last 2 or 3 times I’ve come here over the last few months my food has been completely undercooked. How do you expect someone to eat a noodle-based meal, with undercooked noodles? To add insult to injury, there was absolutely no taste. I guess if you’re going to destroy a meal, go big or go home, right? It saddens me that this place has gone to the crapper. Oh well. At least there’s a Jimmy John’s next door.

I was feeling under the weather with a sore throat and needed something quick and simple for my stomach. My girlfriend took me here(it was her first time as well) and we were both satisfied with the food and service. The employees are very nice and welcoming. Quite environment, similar to Panera. Definitely a place I’ll be going often.

We ordered Mushroom stroganoff with beef, Indonesian Peanut Sauté with chicken and spaghetti with meatballs. The service was fast and the food was amazing as always. I have never been disappointed with the service or food.

Meet friends here before a concert. I got the curry with chicken. I have restrictions. So no mushrooms or spinach. They were accommodating. Although she to ask to replace or add.1:50 for EACH extra. I just added onions. For that price there were not any extra if any onions that were not fresh on top but from a bag of mix salad. The sauce was light but not too salty. I paid over 10 dollars. With No drink! I will try the one being built by me to try a new dish. They do have a variety. But eh.,

For a quick order to go or eat in, this place is top notch. All the food tastes great, is fresh, nice presentation. The manager delivers our food, asked us if it was our first time here and even followed up and took our plates as we finished. My wife and I will definitely return.

Well the place is called noodles so maybe I should have expected as much. Both the soup and peanut sauté just had way too many noodles and not enough goodies. It’s called peanut sauté, yet I couldn’t find one peanut? Gimme veggies, peanuts and a sauce, then at least we have a start. Instead it was a pile of noodles all stuck together with a spice dusting the top. The service was good and the décor is what’s expected from a chain. It’s was bad food and I may stop back in to try something else, I don’t know, for $ 10 bucks I was just disappointed with a plate of noodles with 4 tiny pieces of broccoli. The peanut thing kills me, if you use an ingredient in the name it absolutely must be in the taste.

We used to go to the Troy(Coolidge Rd.) location but started coming here as we get better service and food. We’ve eaten here probably ten times and have had good food and fast friendly service every time. Their chicken soup is exceptional; not overly salty and they don’t use a soup base – it’s very close to home made. I’ve tried a few different sandwiches and all were good, especially the ‘Med’ with fresh cilantro and feta. My husband loves their hearty Steak Stroganoff and soups. Portions are a bit small, but seem fair for the price, and we never leave hungry. We didn’t expect ‘gourmet’ food when we went there, but for ‘fast’ food, this place is pretty good.

Nothing to write home about. Pesto is weak, and veggies are few and far between. Chicken looks like it was thrown in as an afterthought. Thai curry soup was so so. Creamy and coconut but not spicy as advertised. Wait staff was great which is the reason this got 3 stars and not 2 or 1 stars. If you want decent pesto fast go elsewhere like Piada or a local Italian place. Personally I won’t return to N and C.

The Asian and Mediterranean dishes are excellent. The American dishes are just average. I recommend the Penne Rosa and the tomato bisque soup

For fast food noodles(i.e. fast carb fix) it is good. I got a spicy Thai dish, it was somewhat unremarkable. I didn’t find it overly spicy, despite the 2 chili pepper rating. What I did find is the meal was a little overpriced for the size of the portion and it was dry — as in not enough sauce. The soup addition was only $ 1, which seemed like a deal. As others mention, there is no tipping which is nice. And unlike other fast food places, there is real dishes and cutlery. I would go back if someone wanted to go, but I wouldn’t make a special trip.

A guilty pleasure of mine. Buttered noodles with shrimp or the Parmesan encrusted chicken, flat bread, and an orange pop… least we forget the pot stickers! It’s a bit expensive for some noodles, but they are so damn good!!! The waitstaff at the Rochester location is super friendly and the service is fast. As another reviewer said… I wish there was one closer to me!!! Fat people seating friendly: Yes… all locations I’ve been to have mostly tables with a few booths.

Let me just say I wish we had a Noodles and Company closer to where I live downriver. But since we don’t and my parents live up in Rochester we drive by this location when we go to visit and we always leave early so we can grab lunch here. Usually on Sunday :) I always get the Pad Thai(which isn’t the most authentic pad thai but delicious nonetheless) without cilantro and my husband almost always gets some variation of mac and cheese, current favorite is their bbq pork version. I am almost always pleased with the service, we’ve had a few hiccups but the staff has always tried to fix them. And speaking of staff, Alex(one of the managers) is a great guy. I always see him helping out and cleaning tables. He’s always super friendly to us and has always fixed any problems we’ve had. We will be back soon and look forward to it!

Noodles & Co. have come a long way since I first experienced the restaurant in college. Back then, they had the punch card that offered a free entrée in the end, but they’ve discontinued that. So there really isn’t much of an incentive to go anymore. Overpriced — but no tipping sorta helps, I suppose. The menu is all Americanized versions of food, even the Asian and Mediterranean varieties. But I do appreciate and takeout boxes that available instead of having to ask. I visited for the first time since those college days I think and was pleasantly surprised with how much of the menu has expanded, but it’s confusing because they’re not all noodle items. For instance, I had the spicy chicken Caesar flatbread. Plenty of chicken, overflowing with greens, wonton strips and parm with a request for the dressing on the side. The flatbread was so incredibly soft. I’m not sure how well it would hold up had the dressing been inside the sandwich, however. One thing that detracted away from the whole experience: the overly pushy cashier who kept trying to get me to order the Edamame by ignoring my replies of «not today,» «maybe next time» and a flat out«no.» Continually asking the customer if they want something won’t make them order it – ever. Nice work, bud.

YUM! I went to Noodles & Company today to redeem my free birthday noodles and liked it much better than the last time I visited(different location, but there was nothing wrong with the other one, it just wasn’t a restaurant I was eager to return to). They guy who took my order was wonderful. Since I wasn’t really familiar with anything, all I knew was that the Truffle Mac looked good. He stated my coupon would also cover the meat, and when asked he recommended the steak. I also got a salad. My daughter requested the spaghetti and meatballs. As I went to order us both beverages, he said there was a kid-sized fountain drink(that I didn’t see anywhere on the menu) so that was a bonus. My Truffle Mac with steak was delicious! I even brought the leftovers home and ate them for dinner(it deserves mention, since usually leftovers just visit my fridge for a couple weeks, then get thrown away). And in yet another positive staff experience, as a woman was walking by and busing tables, I asked her for to-go boxes for the rest of our meals. She didn’t tell me to stop being so clueless as she grabbed the boxes from the self-serve fountain drink area. I love when I’m acting like a doofus but someone treats me like I’m not :) I look forward to returning :)
