Our truck is run by chef Aaron Hanover and the menu is inspired by his regional travels around the United States and his love for authentic cuisine. We specialize in scratch made fresh food. On the menu regularly is our fresh ground Gourmet Ribeye burgers. Then we start the fun with our freestyle menu that regularly sees a burger completely made of bacon called the hoggenstein, Hawaiian fish tacos, and occasionally even Thai. We like to say on our truck we don’t count calories we know were they came from though. Throw in a hearty vegetarian or vegan item for balance and you have what we call Mohawk Freestyle Grill.
