This was my very first visit to GPKnives in Troy il. Gotta say I am very impressed wth their staff– very attentive to their customers questions and willing to take the time to show and explain their product line which is quite comprehensive. Met the owner Mike who is hands on and I sense that quality goes a long way with the customers. And all the other sales guys were equally as good and well versed on their large inventory.
If you’re in the market for a good quality knife at a fair price, I gladly recommend these guys. Very nice store in Troy Il or you can order online as well. Can’t wait to go back!!!

I ordered a $ 200 pen through GPKnives. Within 3 weeks of receiving it, I was having mechanical difficulties with it. When I asked about returning it, they said that they have a 1-​week policy for returns but assisted me in getting warranty coverage for it. I really don’t want the pen, given the unimpressive quality I have seen with it so far, but they won’t take it back for a refund or a store credit. If you’re like me, and you don’t read the return policy of every company you buy from, then buyer beware. Next time by business will go to a company that offers better customer service.
