Global Impact Solutions is the best. I’ve purchased my vehicles from Meade Lexus for the last 15 years. So when my car spun out of control on the expressway last January after our first big blizzard and slammed into a snow bank, I immediately took my car to their shop. They’ve done work for me before, and I was always satisfied. So I insisted on them, even though my insurance company wanted me to go to their shop instead.
Global did a great job on my car, which incurred significant damage to the driver’s side door. It took about a month. But what was even more impressive to me is what happened, eight months later, when I came back with a complaint.
I have someone who comes to my home and custom details my car. He told me there was overspray all over the right side of the vehicle. I hadn’t noticed it before, but when he pointed it out, sure enough, there were small specks of white paint all over my beautiful black vehicle. I was furious!
I called Global, upset, thinking that they had carelessly left my car out to be sprayed on from some other vehicle. Irving Martinez, the manager, was very courteous but insisted I come out to see why it was impossible for that to happen.
I went there with total skepticism. Mr. Martinez met with me, and with utter courtesy began to explain that overspray occurring in the shop would create more of a haze on the surface than the small white spots I was seeing. He suggested it may have come from driving by a building that was being painted, or on a highway that was freshly striped. As he talked, I began to believe it was not Global’s fault at all.
Mr. Martinez said that, even though he did not believe they had caused the problem, he would fix it for me. He said it would take about four hours, and arranged to have someone pick the car up from my office, take it to the shop, and then return it to me when it was done.
We scheduled an appointment for another day, but Mr. Martinez insisted on showing me around the shop. He clearly takes pride in it! I went inside, and found the most immaculate bump shop I have ever seen. It was so clean that, even though I was wearing a St. John suit and white driving moccasins, I wasn’t at all worried about getting dirty. We walked further through the shop and Mr. Martinez showed me the closed chamber where all painting was done. By this time, I was convinced that he was right about the overspray.
But true to his word, at the scheduled time the following week one of his drivers came out and picked up my car, took care of the problem, then returned it to me, right on time. Mr. Martinez turned a potential client disaster into a PR opportunity and restored my faith in Global, and Meade Lexus! Thank you, Global Impact.

Terrible service. Poor work. A big scam on the insurance company and without my car for 7 days for a door ding repair the size of a quarter. Never going there again. Beware!
