If you are looking for someone to help you go elsewhere. Guess the employees are too busy chatting with each other to bother with those pesky customers. Was the only person in the store, and left after 5 minutes trying to flag down someone. Go to Nordstroms as they actually appear to care.

Wow what can I say. I came in at 11 in the morning to get my sister shoes and I had the worst experince shopping here out of all the places I have shoppes at this entire holiday season. I was half awake and was brought the wrong size. Not a big deal they exchanged it for me. Then I wanted change out of the register and the two African males working at the time double teamed me like I just asked them for all the money in the register. Attitude left and right. I spent 150 dollars on shoes and they just ruined my day. If this wasn’t last minute Christmas shopping I would have returned them back. I don’t understand the need for attitude and disrespectfulness at any time of the day let alone 11am.

Save yourself a headache don’t go to finish line. Ridiculous return policy. I sent my 13 year old son in to get a pack of socks. He bought the wrong ones when he went back in to return them they insisted on having a drivers license and gave him some nonsense about government regulations. He paid cash. I had to leave the store across the hall to get my cash back. Not only did they insist on my license they wanted my phone number. To return a pack of socks that I paid cash for. You have got to be kidding me.
