Fresh, made to order fruit and vegetable juice and smoothies. Our menu is entirely vegan, not because we are, but because we don’t believe raw vegetables and fruit need much to taste amazing. Whenever possible, we source our ingredients locally and often organically. While our menu is small, we love getting creative with our customers and coming up with recipes to suit you. Our juices are made to order, and because of that, can be made to your liking. Want a Cassidy but hate celery? Tell us, and we’ll come up with something right for you.

History

Established in 2014.

Collar City Hard Pressed started as a fresh juice vendor at the Troy Waterfront Farmers Market in the Fall of 2013. Less than a year later, Collar City Hard Pressed opened for business at 215 Broadway, between The Grocery and Peck’s Arcade in the historic Clark Building.
