Established in 1981.
Originally incorporated in 1981 as G&W Home Builders, Inc. by owner Dan Wellman and former partner and brother-in-law, Mike Grover, then reformed as DJ Building, Inc. by Dan Wellman in 1991 when the successful G&W co-founders parted ways, Carter Construction & Contracting is the modern business entity established by the recent partnership of 35-year building veteran, Dan Wellman, and his son, Brandon Wellman, a former Sales Engineer in the plastics industry with over 6-years on-the-job carpentry and general contracting experience.
