Wow talk about a disappointing second visit. First time everything was good. Now I never I want to spend money there again. Corn bread was burnt. Got three super small end pieces instead of four. Mashed potatoes were absolutely gross. Had to throw them out, wasn’t even worth trying to choke down. Mac and cheese was ice cold, But still kinda tasty. Chicken was ok but no where near as good as it was the first time we had it. Not sure I will return, but it’s worth a try for first timers. Just make sure you stay away from the mashed potatoes you will be very disappointed.

This place has incredible ribs! Generous portions, perfect amount of sauce. They also deliver to the dock in Waterford which is great for us living on a boat. The location is hard to find though because it doesn’t show up on google maps.

Went to Bubba’s for the ribs but they were sold out so ordered the fried whole chicken for $ 23.95 w Mac & cheese and bake beans with corn bread. The chicken was small and quite salty. The Mac & cheese and baked beans were good.
Went to price chopper and got there fried right out of the fryer for $ 5.99 just as tasty with less salt and was more plentiful then Bubba’s for a lot less.
Just my 2 cents.

Came here after a long day of paintball nearby… we just wanted a place to get food fast and take back to our motel… The place is small as far being able to sit in an eat… only 1 table… the service was great… very welcoming… I had ribs and the Mac & cheese… the Mac was good… the ribs were amazing… tender and flavorful… my teammates had the fried chicken which they said was also great… I will definitely come back next time I’m in this area…

The fried chicken is amazing. Normally, I find breast meat to be dry but that is not the case with Bubba’s. It’s moist and juicy. Absolutely delicious. The cornbread is the best I have ever had. You get a ton of food for $ 7. I highly recommend this place!

Collared greens are amazing. Ribs slow smoked and tender. Highly recommend the chicken also. Family owned and operated and the owner is somewhat of an expert and in southern slow bbq. Easily the best in the area.
