History

Established in 1994.

Allstar Transportation Inc. was founded in 1994 as Allstar Limousine Inc. by Robert Beutel with a single white limo in Detroit, MI. From 1994 to 1996 Allstar focused on satisfying the needs of the general public by providing transportation for weddings, proms, anniversaries and other special occasions. In 1997, Allstar purchased its first sedan and black limousine which signaled our entry into the corporate transportation marketplace. Focusing on Detroit limousine and Detroit airport sedan services, we continued to grow and expand. In 2002, Allstar Limousine became Allstar Transportation Inc, reflecting the company’s new focus as a multifaceted high quality supplier of corporate and entertainment transportation services. Today, Allstar Transportation has grown into a leading worldwide ground transportation provider that offers service in more than 450 cities around the world.

Bob Beutel founded ALLSTAR Transportation Inc in 1994 and began servicing the Detroit/​Michigan area from a home office with one limousine. The company has since grown to an operation of more than 35 vehicles and operates through a network of affiliates worldwide. Bob has served on the NLA (National Limousine Association) board of directors and is very involved in the industry. His commitment is to customer satisfaction and always exceeding the customers’ expectations.

My brother hired All Star to take us both to a show at the Fox Theater in Detroit (so that he could enjoy a few cocktails and wouldn’t have to worry about driving) and I can’t speak highly enough of the service and our driver, Sam. He drove us in a beautifully apointed Lincoln MK-​something or other that has replaced their Continental with style and ease. His manners were exquisite and he made me feel like an A-​list celebrity, opening my car door, assisting me in and out of the vehicle, walking in front of us to hold up traffic as we crossed Woodward. Sam was right on time and in place to pick us up after the show (such a wonderful change from our usual trudging several blocks in the night to a nearby parking lot) and drove us to the restaurant we’d selected for dinner. He was ever so personable, cordial and downright nice! I would definitely use All Star again, and would request Sam if he was available!

Just landed at DTW. our chauffer Dave sent me a text that he was waiting our arrival even thou we were 30 min. early. Met Dave who was exactly where he said be would be and he took us to our vehicle which was immacualte. also had bottled water for us. Gave a a brief on the downtown Detroit area as it was our first time here.
This company is A-1…highly reccomend… i hope we get Dave for the return trip.
P.s…i mentioned we were coming there. on my sons birthday when i made the reservations. My son was
Chauffer Dave with a. hearty handshake and a happy b day.

Recently I flew back from Florida with my kids and my flight was delayed (had pre-​scheduled with them in advance.) When we finally arrived past midnight they were NOT THERE. I called them, exhausted (and 3 small kids in tow) and they said someone thought we had cancelled (our flight was delayed 2 hours, but they had our full flight information and could have easily seen there was a delay… what airline arrives on time these days?) I was appalled that no one quality checks a driver’s decision to leave, especially when I was paying close to $ 200 for the drive. NEVER AGAIN. If you want a reliable ride, go somewhere else.

Used All Star for both drop off and pick up at the airport. Driver was on time for the pick up at my door, made it to the gate with two hours to kill, but would rather have it that way then run for a flight. Driver was in the baggage claim area with an easy to read my name sign. Both drivers were friendly and both cars were clean with water
available to take. Will definitely use All Star for all my future airport needs.

I called All Star to provide shuttle service for my daughter’s wedding between the hotel and the wedding venue. I had initially hired a highly recommended service with smaller buses to handle our party but found them difficult to work with, especially when I contacted them to say that we had many more guests coming in from out of town than we had anticipated and would need larger or more buses. I had to keep the one small bus from them but called All Star in hopes they could help me. They were incredibly helpful and helped us figure out what would work best for us.
The large bus made 2 trips from the hotel to the venue before the wedding and 4 or 5 return trips throughout the evening. Our chauffeur, Wendy, was delightful! All our guests expressed how pleasant she was and how nice the bus was. In addition, 8 hours for the large bus with All Star cost less than 4 hours with the smaller bus from the other company. Lesson learned!
Next time I need a transportation company, I will be calling All Star!

I used this company to provide shuttle transportation for my wedding. After reading bad reviews on other companies and almost going with a company that I later learned was run by a scam artist, I was really glad we went with Allstar.
After talking to the reservation staff here several times, I felt comfortable with them, and I am glad I chose them. We had a large number of guests staying at the Marriott at the Ren Cen downtown and needed shuttling to the burbs for our wedding (to a ceremony location and a separate reception location), and complicated simultaneous drop offs and pick-​ups. The dispatch staff were friendly and flexible when I needed to make last minute changes to our reservation, and the drivers were on time, helpful with the older passengers that needed helping on and off the busses, and easy to communicate with. I felt like the staff were customer-​service oriented and aiming to please — not shady and apathetic like some of the other companies we looked into. I was glad I didn’t have to worry about guest transportation on my wedding day!

I had a car service pick me up from the airport. This was my first time using them and I don’t know why I ever used other companies.
The driver was just so professional, sweet, and just A+ all around. Yes– this is slightly more than some other services and they charge a premium for not arranging your pick up more than a day in an advance– but it is worth the money.
I recommend them highly!

I was a bit nervous using their service for the very first time and I had my in-​laws with me! The driver came before 7am pick up, very professional, smartly dressed and polite. Helped with the luggage and as we paid by a credit card, 20% gratuity was already included in the total. The driver drove safely and wished us a safe flight and told us we were «all set». No talk of asking or alluding to more tips. Very pleasant experience. So much so, we reconfirmed our booking and used their service for our return trip. Same pleasant experience. It was a hot day and our party of 8 was offered water. We got the same professional service. Highly recommended.

Hands down the best sedan service in Detroit. Every single driver I have had has been absolutely amazing. They are always on time, the cars are always extremely clean, and the drivers are always pleasant and friendly. I have tried other service in the Detroit area and they don’t even come close in comparison to the professionalism that all star provides.

Car Services. I use them all the time as they are functional means of transportation.
But when that functionality becomes a personal experience– well now that’s worthy of a review.
Case in point. I had set up an account with All Star to help my mom get from her house to the hospital during the winter months when my dad was sick. She never wanted to use it– but it gave me peace of mind knowing that it was there for her if she needed it. All Star was quick to set up the account, took all the information and told me that they could easily send all the bills to me.
So on a recent trip to Detroit– I needed to get mom and me to the airport to catch a flight and I thought I would show my mom how easy this service is to use.
I called and made the reservations. Super simple and efficient– they told me a car would be there at the right time. They even sent a follow up email and were able to confirm the pick up as well.
At the given time– a car showed up and Alan was our driver. He was great in putting my mom at ease and chatted with us all the way to the airport about his family and such. Made me feel like he was a family friend.
And on the return trip, our driver (I think his name was Bill) met us at the luggage claim, helped us to get our bags and even pushed my mom in her wheelchair all the way to the garage to the car and returned the chair. Really wonderful service which helped me believe that my mom would be able to travel in the future on her own.
Prices are competitive, the cars are clean and they bill everything to the card you have on file so there is no scrambling at the end of the trip– only ease. You can request whatever kind of car you want from Sedans to SUV’s to stretch limos as they have quite a vast fleet. And after your trip, you will get an email so you know exactly what was billed to your card.
Sometimes the littlest things that make life simpler are the best things. Car Services aren’t fancy…but in this case they restored the confidence in my mom that she can travel again…and for that I am thrilled!

All-​star was great! I was able to book online the night before my flight. The car was on time waiting for me in front of the hotel with my name in the window. The driver, Andrew Mucha, was an absolute delight. Very professional, and simply a great guy. Definitely a service I will use again next time I’m in Detroit.

We have used All Star several times and the service has always been perfect. They have sedans, SUV’s and stretch limos, all very clean and stocked with water and several fresh newspapers. Two recent night on the towns we got the stretch limos and had a great time, The driver was on time, early in fact. knew where he was going and kept in close contact for the pick up and drop offs. On both occasions our driver was Andrew. He did a great job navigating the stretch and looked and acted like a body guard for the ladies. Scheduling was easy.
We will use again !
