I love this dealership. They have excellent service, follow through and just darn good people. It’s been a really great experience. I’d buy from you guys any time!!!

Not only is this a great dealership from which to buy or lease a car, but the service they provide afterwards is EXCELLENT! No worries — they are honest and do not tell you that you need things fixed that are not broken! This is especially important to me as an older female. A lot of auto shops try to take advantage of me because of my sex and obvious ignorance of car mechanics. The Acura maintenance people have always treated me fairly and with respect, and they make sure my TL is in top working condition.

My sales person «David» was really helpful, patient & knowledgable. He made my car experience great ! I would recommend this dealership to all Acura buyers.

I added two stars to this update because the manager took the time to send an email explaining what had happened from «Jeff’s» point of view. While things could have been handled better initially, an apology goes a long way. I also wanted to add the name of the salesman who ended up helping me, Hoover Harvey. He was professional, courteous and I encourage anyone interested in Acura of Troy to ask for him. You won’t be disappointed.

I just purchased my 2^nd TSX (automatic w/​navi) from David at Acura of Troy. He is a pleasure to work with and I LOVE my new car, I will always drive an Acura. The vehicles are sporty, sleek and high quality. In the 7 years I had my old TSX (manual w/​navi) I kept my vehicle serviced and never had any issues, as a road warrior for my job this is very important. I enjoy my visits to the dealership as David and Greg always welcome me by name and make time to chat and pour me a cup of tea. I highly recommend the entire Acura of Troy team :) and plan to be a loyal customer as long as I live in Michigan.

Super helpful dealership. Dealt with Greg Platz and he was so nice. My car transmission blew out, and he helped me figure out how much it would cost through Acura. He also gave me some advice on what to do if I did not want to repair my transmission. I had my car towed to the dealership and was allowed to keep my car there for over a week while I figured out what to do. After I had my transmission fixed, my check engine light came on. This had nothing to do with what they did (it turns out its an O2 Sensor) but he just said, bring the car in and we will plug it in to see what the issue is. He didn’t charge me anything. Just brought the car in, checked it and was out 5 minutes later. Nice staff here, would def come back.

Acura of Troy owes me a new battery.
Yesterday, I went to the dealer for a routine oil change. The mechanic, «A22», found that the right front headlight bulb wasn’t turning on. The service rep., Todd, told me that after the mechanic re-​installed the the same bulb and it was working again.
After leaving the dealership, I notice when I turn on the right blinker, it starts to tick double-​time (twice as fast as the left blinker). I call the dealership right away and Greg, the service manager, says to bring it back any time.
Later that evening, when I start the car, I find that the battery is DEAD. Coincidence? Acura of Troy seems to think so.
This morning I brought the car back to Acura of Troy. Both Greg and Todd came to the conclusion that there was something wrong with the battery. So, basically, over 4 hours, my battery went from being rated «Good» (according to the test report) to needing a replacement. Both Greg and Todd DENIED that this rapid deterioration of my car battery had anything to do with the fact that one of their mechanics «fixed» my headlight.
I don’t appreciate being mislead. I understand the dealer has to protect their mechanics but this is going too far. Like I said, Acura of Troy owes me a new battery.
