History
Established in 1994.
Incorporated in 1994 in the State of Michigan as JAL & Associates, Inc. Aka. AwfullyPicky –com Home inspections of Southeast Michigan, «Inspections Done Right for You».
As licensed Michigan builders, roofers and painting contractors we follow the ASHI Standards of Practice and become members in 1996, and Master Inspectors in 1999.
You can attend our classes on inspection practices and processes started in 2003 at the Michigan Institute of Real Estate and Schoolcraft College.
Today, we lead the profession in quality control processes, communication and reporting to assure that our clients receive a guaranteed better inspection and experience.

Manager
Certified by the American Society of Home Inspectors, Jerry L., ACI leads the profession in both best practices and advanced quality control processes.
Jerry was a Certified Quality Control Manager, (CQA) and a Certified Internal Auditor, (CIA) in corporate America prior to joining the inspection profession. His unique process and reporting expertise guarantees his clients a better inspection.
