My mother recently moved from Mooresville, NC to Papillion, NE. She had several people refer her to Byers. I don’t think we could be any happier with the experience. She was given a good quote, and when the time came for the move, everything went perfectly from our perspective. Helen, Leonard and their team packed up everything perfectly, even having to endure 95 – 100 degree temperatures in NC. Leonard arrived in NE on schedule and worked a miracle with his truck to back it down a very large dirt area in order to be able to easily bring mom’s stuff in to her place. The following day, they delivered furniture to my house. Nothing was broken or scratched, unlike other moves my mom has done. We were delighted to see 2 of his NC guys made the trip as well. Everyone with them were kind, enjoyable, professional and thorough. If I were to ever move, I’d make sure that I’d have Leonard do it for me!

We had an amazing experience with Helen and her family! They moved us when I was 8 months pregnant and we have the steepest driveway in the city of Charlotte that they had to hand carry our heavy furniture down.
The team could not have been more careful. We didn’t have a single scratch on anything. We’ve used about 6 different moving companies across the country, and from now on we are only working with this wonderful family!

The Byers are good Christian souls with years and years of experience moving stuff. This is a family-​owned biz with heart and soul.
We just moved from a two-​story home in Charlotte to a three-​story home in High Point. They got us out and in in two days.
They left no damage to walls and floors, and so far, nothing we have unpacked is broken. They did apologize for breaking a mirror that was already broken! I got a kick out of that — they really are very careful.
