Candido’s Carpet Cleaning & Janitorial

Candido and Felipe were great. I just purchased a new home and two of the rooms have carpet. We eventually want to replace the carpet but for now we are in the crunch of moving in. The previous owners had pets and both carpets were filthy. Originally I thought I could clean them myself BIG mistake. Candido gave me an estimate over the phone, came out quickly and used eco friendly products. I am very happy how clean the carpets came out and feel more comfortable moving in especially since one of the rooms is our bedroom. Thank you Candido!

This guy is a jem! My carpets looked totally trashy before. It made our hole place look terrible! My roommates and I finally bit the bullet and called these guys who our apartment manager recommended. My carpets have never looked so good! They look brand new! Like the day we moved in 2 years ago! We had someone come by 6 months ago and they did a terrible job! The carpets had some weird film left over it was gross; so I didn’t expect much from these guys. But BOY WAS I WRONG! THEY ARE AMAZING!!! The carpet is soft between my toes again! They were also very professional and sweet. They also locked up everything when they left! I left for work in the morning and when I came home in the evening the carpets were clean AND dry! I’ve had a few friends over since and every one of them has remarked on how nice our carpets look! I highly recommend Candido!!!

What a find!
Candido’s can do it all at a fraction of the cost. I sincerely thought we would have to pull out the carpets. After returning from a well deserved vacation we came home to an odor that took our breath away. There was a scent of strong ammonia we noticed it in the downstairs but then as we went upstairs and became stronger. I absolutely had no idea what this was and could not identified this ransid smell. I called my house sitter and asked if he had noticed anything. I have used him in the past and I find him to be completely honest and reliable. My house sitter also cares for my dog and has several when we travel.
We came to the coclusion that we had a dead animal between our floors. I contacted a local pest control to come assess the situation and tell me what all the options were. The pest control spent about 45 minutes spending a lot of time around my house and in my backyard around my shed and really gave it a thorough inspection. At the end of his surveying he came and told me that’s the problem I had was dog urine. I could hardly believe this I was mortified. I have a rescue dog but I’ve had for 3 years and she’s come a long ways she was a service dog but before that she was severely abused. I’ve traveled before have never experienced such behavior. I also was very disappointed in my house sitter but he did not recognize what was going on. Then it came to me my husband left for work on a road trip a week before I left on my holiday. She was being walked daily, and was put out in our yard regularly. It became obvious that even with being well cared for she was suffering from great anxiety separation. She acted out against us to prove a point. As disappointed as I was I realized I really can’t sweat the small stuff and I love her dearly so we just needed to move forward with an action plan.
Our pest control inspector gave me a referral to Candido’s and I called immediately. I was greeted with such graciousness and sympathy for my situation: Mr. Candido assured me they would be there within the hour… amazing. One of the carpets that was soiled was a large area rug, which he was a le to save without harming our floor, they cleaned that in our driveway and did a fabulous job. They really went beyond the call of duty and were able to restore our terribly soiled carpets.
This family owned business also gives you a thirty day guarantee… that is unheard of! I will recommend them to everyone… SUPER PEOPLE, GREAT SERVICE, AND AFFORDABLE.

We recently moved into a new house and wanted our old but very dirty rugs cleaned – including one that our dog had, um, ‘marked’
Candido came by the house, discovered that our rugs are all wool, and explained our options for cleaning them: in the house, doesn’t work well on wool, or at his shop where he could submerge and then dry them.
Cost for in home is _​way_​less than at the shop, but that’s what they needed so Candido offered us an affordable price and hauled them off.
A few days later he brought back clean rugs with colors we hadn’t seen in years.
A few weeks later when my wife complained that the ‘marked’ rug still smelled, he came back, took the rug away, gave it a thorough cleaning, and refused any additional payment when he brought it back-​even though he suspects the dog ‘marked’ it again after the first cleaning.
I finally convinced him to take a tip at least for his guys back at the shop.
Candido’s a great guy, can’t recommend him more highly.
