They’re my second favorite Starbucks in the area. The baristas do a great job most of the time, however!

I don’t like this location as much as others because it’s smaller, or at least feels smaller. I like Starbucks with communal tables and lots of seating. This SB is almost always crowded and so I can never find a seat. This SB, however, has a nice patio area, but it’s always crowded as well. Another negative about this SB is that there’s no drive-thru. As for the quality of the drinks and the service, they’re as good as most other locations.

Parking is limited here and they are always short staffed. I have been here numerous times were I have been waiting in line forever and ended up leaving with out ordering anything. Today I went to this location to give it another try and I have to say it was quick getting in and out. I ordered a trenta passion tea lemonade and it was perfect. Apparently they are building a bigger Starbucks next to the Bank of America in the parking lot so we shall see if the service changes but overall today was a good day to make a purchase at Starbucks.

Staff is friendly. Even though the line is long, it always goes fast. These baristas are working hard! Can’t wait for the drive thru store to open up in this same plaza! :)

This is the worst Starbucks. They’re building a bigger store in the same parking lot, which is a good thing because I know how much business they lose because of their tiny store and lack of parking. Everyone I know knows not to visit here during peak time. I made that mistake today. I had about 15 minutes to kill so I figured I could avoid the waiting and confusion by placing an online order. I placed my order for 2 coffees and a bakery item and it said it would be complete it 4 – 9 minutes. I circled the parking lot for 15 minutes until I realized that if I didn’t get in there soon my iced coffee would be water. Had I not already placed the order, I would have just said forget it. I had to park extremely far away from the building. I got inside and they had not started my order. I had to wait another 10 min for them to put it together. The straw that broke the camels back was when they handed me my order without a tray and said they didn’t have any. This has actually happened a few times here. I had to walk pretty far to my car and somehow lost the straw to the second coffee I purchased. Needless to say by the time I got the second coffee home, the ice was melted and it didn’t have a straw. There are bigger problems in life but this same situation has happened to me multiple times at this location and I’ve never taken the time to complain because it’s just coffee but its coffee I spend a lot of money on, which I don’t mind as long as you’re not taking my money and my time. I will not be visiting this location again until the new building is complete. Hopefully they can work out the issues. This was 30 minutes of my life I can’t get back and the beverages weren’t worth the aggravation. I’ll just add that the staff is always very nice, but they look as overwhelmed as the customers waiting do. There is not enough space here and they can’t provide good service when there are that many people waiting in such a tiny place. It doesn’t help that people are already angry before they get in the door because of the parking situation.

Horrible service staff does not know what is in the case and the sales. Worst store ever. It used to be a great experience please bring back your old staff. Who needs rude people serving 5 dollar cups of coffee? Come on!

Best Starbucks to go to in the New Port Richey/Trinity area! Everyone is extremely friendly & the drinks are made perfectly. Leah always remembers the drinks I like & is such a joy to see in the morning before I go to work!

All are great unless Phoebe or Jessica take my order and they never smile or greet, and if you ask for anything different they love to roll their eyes… pretty unpleasant visit unfortunately… so I’m happy when they’re not there and someone else takes my order …

This is one of the best Starbucks I’ve been to. The staff is always pleasant and my drink is always perfect. For the record, I hate coffee. Sorry Starbucks. But they serve the best ice tea you can find. I order black tea with no water(non-diluted) and no sweetener. Then I can sweeten with sugar in the raw to my own liking. Even better now that the patio is smoke free.

This is MY Starbucks. Yes, I claim it. I’ll pee on it if I have to in order to mark it, but that wouldn’t be ServSafe(Google it). I love my baristas. All of them; Carlos, Phoebe, Caitlin, Jessica, Josh, Melissa and Fred and Val at the register. They usually have my grande-non-fat-in-a-venti-cup-for-extra-whip mocha ready for me as I am paying. I was even on a pretty tense personal call inadvertently pacing outside the front door one day and inside they were debating about bringing me my mocha. I was, at the same time, wondering if they’d bring it to me, but given my behavior and apparent look of tenseness, they stayed back. I make this a daily stop and sometimes twice daily. I spend entirely too much money here, but thanks to my bank’s «save the change» type program, the $.88 dumped into my savings account per visit has padded it quite nicely. I am a Starbucks Mocha junkie. Even on the hottest of days here in FL, I always order a hot mocha. My definition of heaven is: steamed milk and espresso blended with chocolate filtered through whipped cream. The first sip is always my favorite especially if they jam pack my mocha with whipped cream and it takes a few seconds or so for the hot deliciousness to break through the delightful barrier. Ooo, Starbucks mochas.

I come here once in a while to work and get out of the house. Everyone here is always very pleasant and friendly. This is probably the quietest Starbucks in the area. There is sometimes a crowd there, but more often than not it’s fairly quiet. They’ve got a great patio to chill at if the weather is nice. This is always my first choice if it’s a nice day and I can work outside.
