Taco Bell

So… I crave Taco Bell from time to time. Why? I dont know. But on this given day during my roadtrip, I decided to stop at Taco Bell.
First off, it took me about 30 minutes to get through the Drive Thru… Yes, 30 minutes at a Taco Bell.
When eating my food, it was not fresh, nor did it taste good. At all.
Ill stick to Sonic or Wendy’s next time I am in town.

This is a very nice and clean Taco Bell. They kept the dining area clean. They kept the bathrooms clean. They kept the utensils and sauces stocked. Overall a great experience.

Incredibly slow service drink machine is broken had to wait to even get my drink and yet they some how had someone not busy enough to complain about where I part my trailer which in no way was blocking anybody or anything it was only then when they asked me to move my trailer that I made them get my drink. I have now been wait 15 min and still haven’t gotten food.

{I would not recommend stopping here if you are traveling through Trinidad. There are 4 or 5 other options within the same area]
We ate there tonight and you would think it was a snail race among the employees. There were no smiles or anything customer service related really.
One shining star employee was trying his hardest to keep up and get all the food out correctly but he wasn’t able to keep up and 6 or 7 people had to get their orders corrected in the 30 minutes while we ate.
The issue is that one employee was working so hard he never had time (or made time) to change his gloves. Ever.
It wasn’t terrible however I’ve experienced better service and food at pretty much every other Taco Bell we’ve tried and my son loves the beefy 5 layer. :)

This is seriously the best Taco Bell in existence! The counter gentleman made sure to remind the line that we didn’t want meat and they made our food look like a commercial! This is the best Cheesy Gordita Crunch ever!!!

We’ve been at this location many times over several years as we pass through town. Service has been good. Food taste like all Taco Bell chains. Lots of seating.
