Cool ceiling(elegant ancient with cherubs even) and the wings surprised me by being hot and crispy… however the wait was very long and the place was a bit shabby

I went in with my 2 small kids, one of them got the corn dog kid’s meal the other shared my ham/pineapple calzone. The calzone was awesome! I worked at a place where calzone were super popular but the ones at Fabilis were way better. I’d definitely recommend one. The waitress/cook split the kid’s meal fries into 2 baskets for us without me even asking. Next time I’d like to try the wings and pizza. They have a bunch of different wing sauces and they all sound good.

Despite reading the negative reviews, we tried it. FIrst, the restaurant didn’t smell near as bad as I expected after reading the reviews. A slight greasy smell, but this is a place that fries food and I would expect that. We ordered a pizza and wings. The pizza crust was fantastic and cooked just right. Thin, chewy with a little crunch. The wings were outstanding. My only complaint was trying to place an order. We wanted to order one pizza divided in two, with 3 different toppings on each side. They were going to charge for 6 toppings. Never have had that done before. Changed it to one pizza with 3 items and glad we didn’t pay for 6 items, as there was a scant amount of toppings on the pizza. A medium pizza had about 8 pieces of pepperoni, 10 jalapeño slices and 8 sausage balls. It tasted good, just not much too it. We were happy with the service when we arrived, the personnel were friendly, the wait was what we were told and the food tasted very good. We will definitely return.

I love their wings. I can’t find wings as good as theirs anywhere. This is a small shop so it does smell of grease because of that. The owner has a new staff and customer service is great. I recommend this place.

I had received a $ 10 Groupon coupon and this was the only option in this area. As soon as we walked into the restaurant the smell of grease was overwhelming. We were told we couldn’t order pizza because they had another large order to make so we ordered wings just so we could use the coupon. We had planned to eat there but after battling the flies for what seemed forever we requested it to go. Until then we we treated to the foul language from the back. We got our fountain drinks which were flat and were told there wasn’t any ice, it was downstairs! No one went and got us any, beings that we didn’t know where it was downstairs we went without! We ended up eating our food in our truck on the street. My husband said he would never set foot in that place again. Ditto. The 3 stars are for the wings, they were good. P. S. It is five hours later and I can still smell the place. Might have to burn my clothes…

My husband and I stopped in Trinidad for the night when we were moving from Orlando, Florida to Denver, Colorado. The hotel suggested Fabilis for delivery since we were exhausted and had our dogs with us. We called, placed our order, and they told us it would be delivered in 20 – 30 minutes(they were about 3 miles from the hotel). An hour later, we called to find out what was going on. I called 3 times with no answer. On the fourth call, they finally picked up. They put me on hold — and when I say hold, they just placed the phone on the counter so I could hear everything going on — for 10 minutes. I timed it on my phone. During this time on hold, I heard them talking about our order and heard one woman say we would«have to wait» since there were people in the restaurant. I hung up, furious that they never even had the courtesy to pick the phone back up. Then, my husband called. This time, they didn’t even say anything when they picked the phone up. The just threw it on the counter to make it stop ringing. At this point, my husband drove to the restaurant to pick our food up. When he walked in, the woman behind the counter knew exactly who he was, but instead of apologizing, decided to be incredibly rude. He looked down at the ground for a minute to collect his thoughts and she had the audacity to tell him to look at her like she was his mother! At the end of the conversation, they did comp the meal, but the food sucked on top of everything. The wings were the only decent thing. The salads had the wrong dressing with them, the popcorn chicken was just fried pieces of batter with no chicken and they didn’t give us the ranch we requested for the wings. The food that was supposed to be hot was also obviously ice cold since it had been sitting there for over an hour. Most of it went into the trash — thank god they didn’t charge us for it. Incredibly unprofessional and rude behavior, and crappy food on top of it. The only thing they did right was comp the food in the end. If they hadn’t, we would not have taken the food and would have declined the charges. Absolutely unacceptable — I can’t believe they’re open if this is how they treat people. Maybe they only treat the locals like human beings.

Best Delivery Pizza in Trinidad! That may not sound like much in a town of 9,000 people, but it is. Pizza Hut and Dominos also deliver, but this place blows them away. Pizza in a super thin, New York Style, and toppings are always fresh. As good as the pizza is, the wings are better. They offer wings in about 25 different sauces. I have only had about half a dozen(I am a spice wimp, and many of the sauces have names like XXXX Hot and Volcano), but they have all been good.

I didn’t try the wings, so I might be wrong, but this is the grossest food in the history of everything. Heart attack amounts of grease, huge portions of meat, and the spices are just some dusty flavoring laid on heavy. It’s nothing you can’t find at a roadside fry stand. However, I award it three stars. Why? First, because it’s cheap; second, because it’s open late when nothing else in Trinidad is; third, because one of the waitresses was super nice and talked with me a long time about the town.
