Trenton Processing Center

It has been awhile since I have been to this shop however since I recently started reviewing in March, I had to add this business to Unilocal.
If you are looking for delicious «natural casing hot dogs», this is the place. They make a lot of them and I am sure you could place an order for a large crowd.
They call them «funeral franks» since this is what it served locally at church memorials in town. It is a bit of an odd term, but that is the term they use.
I need to make another trip out there and pick up some more.
I have not tried anything else there so I cannot comment on the meat they sell.
This establishment is a small butcher shop, deli, and they will process any of your prize animals or deer. It also operates as a wholesaler.
