I went in around 7:15pm one evening. The salon is far from a spa and is instead a cramped, crowded nail salon decorated excessively tacky. They closed at 8pm and told me that I wouldn’t be able to get both a pedicure and a full set. The tech then decided there would be enough time to squeeze in both! I was super excited and pleased by their good customer service. That feeling quickly disappeared however, when the staff continued conversations with each other in a tone that made me feel as though they were talking about me. I don’t mind when nail techs speak their native language, but it is off putting when they make gestures towards you and the room cracks up in laughter. In any case, it is unprofessional conduct in a service industry.
My pedicure was not well tended too. The massage was essentially nonexistent and my nails were dull by the time they dried. My full set had to be fully replaced less than a week and a half later because all of my nails began lifting and chipping at the edges. It was sad how easily the next nail tech was able to pop off the remaining ones in order to replace them.
I was incredibly disappointed that I paid money for this job and surprised at how high other ratings are.

Awesome service. Mary did my nails and toes and her customer service skills were great definitely will be back… o not to mention she shaped my nails to perfection

Went in for a pedi and was very pleased. I have been looking for a place that takes their time and does a great job. They have lots of options on colors, designs and more.
