I went in for a flat repair. They caused a leak in my power steering and then told me that i had to pay for the fluid they put in and that to fix it would cost over 900 $ and 475 in parts alone. In about 1min online i found all necessary parts for under 200. This shop is a complete scam and i would not recommend it to anyone who is smart enough to check reviews before going to a mechanic. I know my way around a car and these folks are just looking to scam hard working people. And worst of all the owner gave me an attitude after damaging my car. Not only will i never return to them but i will make it a point to ensure that my firends and over 5000 customers of my business in the hamilton area are never scammed by this business.

My experience with J&M Automotive was horrible. My vehicle was not properly fixed in the time I was promised. Upon calling to check on my vehicle, there were several excuses made as to why my vehicle was not done. The owner guaranteed me a warranty and failed to keep up his end of the bargain when things went wrong. Not happy with my service or overall care at J&M Automotive. I would not recommend this shop to anyone!!!
