Had the unfortunate experience to have my vehicle towed here.
Woman that answers the phone… her attitude was awful. she was the typical know-​it-​all about her business. So much so that when you ask her a question she makes you feel like as long as she knows, that should be sufficient enough. Unacceptable as far as I am concerned, if a customer has a question, you as the business should be able to answer the question and be able to have a dialog without jumping down the customers throat, even if you have to explain a second time or third time.
The facility, well it’s a tow place so you shouldn’t have high expectations, however…
I stood in their office for less than 10 minutes and when I walked out I stunk like an ash tray.
They obviously let their employees smoke inside the office so it smells like an old bar.
A walk up window to pay and do your transaction would have been well worth the investment guys.
Also I was almost charged $ 40 for them to jump a dead battery, thankfully the car was only there overnight and everything was functioning when they took the car. Makes me wonder what would’ve happened if they left an interior light on or something and drained the battery if I would’ve been stuck paying that $ 40. Make you wonder… Buyer beware…

A flat and the serviceman was awesome and i wish i got his name… but nevertheless i think its a rare day to meet a polite professional and by the way, handsome tow service person … But if you would like that experience call Hawks. And so you know i’m not a set up, it appears they are 4 – 5 star every day for everyone. Thank you!!!

I called this towing company and about half an hour later they were here to help me. The man who was working was extremely nice and didn’t make me feel rushed or stupid for not knowing anything about cars. I would definitely recommend calling this place if you need help.

Fair, fast, professional you can’t ask for anything else. If you are broke down stranded or in need of a tow call Hawks. I called these guys on a Saturday my car was picked up within 20 mins. That is customer service! Thanks Hawks
