I’ve been going to this gym for a few years and I love it! The staff is friendly, there are always machines and no matter what time I’m there, I see people cleaning. I’ve taken a few classes as well(Pilates and Zumba) and while they can be a bit crowded, they’re fun.

I am a huge fan of this gym. It isn’t a fluffy kind of gym, its a get your stuff done kind of gym. You will see everyone from teens, to moms, to competing body builders. I have been going here for about a half of year, and I can get my full workout, cardio, and take a yoga class all in one place. They offer child care, as well, if you have children. The workers are very friendly, as are the instructors, and the other people who attend the gym.

My 1 year contract was up and continued going for about 4 more months. I then moved and called HFC and told them to cancel. I get a call from them 2 months later that I was being reported to credit for not paying my bill for the past 3 months. I told them I canceled but since they didn’t write it down that I would be held responsible. I was told to pay the $ 60 in membership fees and all would be ok. I then went in person to pay them. Then they tried to charge me $ 60 in late fee in addition for 3 months of membership fees. After a week of back and forth phone calls it was finally resolved. I had to pay $ 60 for the 3 months that my plan was canceled and $ 30 in late fees. This is total BS and I will never ever go there again. I paid the fees due to them threatening to ruin my credit. Make sure that if you are with them that you get it in writing that your contract is canceled or they will rip you off. Overall don’t go there. Free weights and most of the machines are old and kinda scary. Their treadmills and things like that are great though. Old men that are in the locker rooms are creepy. Go to retro fitness or one of the many other gyms in the area.
