Cleaners At Nottingham Pointe

Price is very cheap, but sometimes, the phase, you get what you pay for is very true.
I am not going back to this establishment after how my issue was handle (or lack of) by their «management». Recently, I noticed all my shirts I picked up supposedly after being «clean» had this musty smell (it seems like they put the shirts in the bag without being all the way dry), I told them about it the first time and they told me if it happens again, bring it back and they will take care of it. The next time I picked up my shirts, I noticed the same smell, so I did what they told me, bring them back. To my surprise, they denied they smell anything (the smell was very obvious) and refused to re-​clean my shirts or offer a refund. I told them if they don’t fix the issue, I will not return to your store. They simple shrugged and said «that’s fine».
What pushed me over the edge was their attitude towards their customers and lack of caring. I will take my business else where.
