I went there today and was a little nervous but Leah was awesome… she trimmed my hair to perfection; I don’t trust too many with scissors in my head and BTW I’m African American…

My haircut looks nice and the price was good, but I could not even tell you who did my hair because she did not introduce herself, nor did she ask my name. When I arrived at the salon, no customers were there. The lady at the desk, said take a seat and«she» will be right with you. «She» was sitting on the waiting area’s couch counting her money and did not say«hi» or anything. I had to wait until she was finished counting her money, then she said«Follow me» and walked me to her chair. I asked if I could get a wash first, and she seemed a little ticked about that, but walked me over to the sink. She still had not tried to converse with me and washed my hair in silence. Afterward, when I went back to her station, I noticed there was a ton of hair on the floor. I thought that was gross. I showed her a picture of the way I would like my hair, and she just said«Ok» and cut my hair in silence. Never asked me my name, never said her name. It was quite awkward. When she was finished, all she said was«How does it look?» I told her it was fine. Then she walked me over to the front desk, said«$ 17», took my card and asked how much I wanted to tip her…(I felt that was also very rude) and then gave me my receipt, still saying nothing. That was it. I couldn’t believe it. For a place that was completely empty, you would think that they would appreciate any business they got. That was the worst customer service I experienced at a salon ever.
