Westwinds Waterfront Resort

AMAZING place to stay!!! We stayed in September for 2 weeks and it was so easy to feel at home in the condo we were in! We cannot wait to go back with our baby. The pool was our favorite part :) Everything was clean and the staff was friendly. Highly recommend! It is also walking distance to everything!

We were lucky enough to score a ²⁄₂ from a Thursday — Sunday on the top floor with great views of the bay in the back.
Kat and Jimmy are beyond accommodating and extremely professional. They are very helpful with any question you my have about the area or property itself. In the main office they have board games you can borrow (for rainy afternoons). They also will let you borrow beach chairs, towels, floaties, shovel/​pails for the kids. The apartment is super clean and they have thoughtfully provided everything you can think of for the kitchen (towels, coffee filters, plates, wine glasses, spatulas, dish soap, sponge, etc). There are washer/​dryers on the property, too.
The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of closet and drawer space for our stuff!
The property is well situated on treasure island. We literally crossed the street and walked 3 minutes to the public access of the beach which is conveniently empty (there’s no parking spaces for cars)!! A huge Publix is about 2 blocks away.
We cannot wait to come back here!

Can’t beat this place. Great staff. Great location. A full size condo with a real kitchen and a beautiful waterfront location for the price of a hotel room. Looking forward to my next visit.

The BEST place to stay in St Pete Beach. Great location! The best staff — so friendly! Beautiful property, very clean and well kept. My boyfriend and I have stayed here the past 2 years and would’t stay anywhere else in St Pete. We looove it! The back patio is just paradise. Grills, tables, lounge chairs, decks. He fishes — I sunbath. And we save a ton of money by going to the Publix down the road. Just a great great place in a great location! I can’t say enough about how much I love this place!

We just returned from a very satisfied trip to Treasure Island much due to our stay at the Westwinds. Luxury furnishings, lots of space, very nice kitchen and furniture. Beautiful view of the inter-​coastal waterway from the rear of the building. Complimentary passes to the Yacht Club which was also an upscale and pleasant afternoon diversion. Rum runners by the pool.
Walk to Bilmar Hotel 1.5 blocks away for excellent beach with cabanas for rent. The cabana service will also line you up with superb sandwiches and cold beers from Treasure Island Market. The Bilmar Sloppy Joes has admirable sized Margaritas (62 oz) if you like something stronger.
