My favorite place in FLORIDA. Finally a real snoball. Staff is sweet and helpful. If you’re a local get a frequent snoballers card. They are generous with servings and syrup. So many delicious flavors and toppings! Go here you will not be disappointed

Good sno cone watermelon with nerds. Walked to the storefront and there was a sign that said they had moved. Found their food truck a few days later.

Always bring out of owners here! Get the gourmet with the ice cream inside.

We visit St. Pete at least once a year & this is our favorite stop. We just came back from a short 4 day trip & went three times! The staff is very friendly & the snocones are AMAZING. Yes, we’ve all had snowcones before but I swear they are better. It’s a must stop!

Best & Only Full-​Time Sno-​Cone shop this side of Pinellas County. Great flavors… Great Ice… Great «Shaver»… Which makes all the difference in my opinion. Friendly young staff. They also offer Dippin’ Dots Ice Cream and of course some «extras» to add to your Sno-​Cone if you desire.

I love this place. Sno balls are delicious especially with the «New Orleans cream» added which is just sweetened condensed milk, but amazing. Parking is shared with the restaurant to the south. Don’t park at the ice cream shop to the north.

Love, love, love Beach Snoballs. The flavor selection is incredible. There is also a stamp card, every tenth one is free. Totally refreshing in the hot Florida sun.

Just got back home and I’m already missing getting snoballs every night. This trip we tried something new. The treasure island gem… It was AMAZING!!!

I saw beach snowballs on Unilocal and I really wanted to try it because I haven’t had a snowball in awhile. this place is amazing ! from the variety of flavors, prices are really good, the service is awesome, and they offer snacks, and alcohol ! what’s not to love !?

Indy friends, we need a serious snow cone business. I used to stick my nose up in the air over sno cones… that is, until I tried the likes of businesses like Scandinavian Shaved Ice in Kona, Hawaii. These folks mean business when it comes to shaved, stuffed and drizzled on ice. This particular location will even add booze to your cone if you like. I opted for a more classic approach (sans-​alochol) with tropical flavor pairings: tangerine, pineapple and coconut exterior with vanilla ice cream in the center and coconut drizzle and shavings on top. WHY CAN’T WE HAVE THIS BUSINESS IN INDY? Needless to say, I took 5+ pictures of this tasty creation and patted myself on the back for the perfect pairing of flavors. Thanks to Unilocal,my trusty travel and food journal of sorts, I’ll know just what to order when I return next time. Delicious!

This place is so cool! I go here often and it is nice to have a booze snoball on the beach as I call it lol, I have a group of friends flying in this month for the beach and I cant wait for them to try it!

Not my first time here. I am a regular. It is my first time trying a new flavor. Key lime with vanilla ice cream. Now a new favorite. They even have sugar free flavours

When I was a child in the Cincinnati area, I used to get snoballs with ice cream in the center. They were one of my favorite treats. I have lived in Florida for 15 years now and I have not been able to find snoballs with ice cream anywhere… until now.
We literally drove out to the beach just to try Beach Snoballs and it was SO worth it. They have every flavor you can possibly imagine. They have real shaved ice. They have shots. They have delicious ice cream. Best of all… they will combine them all into one yummy treat.
I ordered a medium ice cream snoball with half cake batter and half cherry. The cake batter was a little sweet for my taste buds, but the cherry was amazing. They put the ice cream towards the bottom of the cup with the shaved ice on top. My old Cincy haunt made a ball of ice cream and packed the shaved ice on top which is my preferred method. Even still, I really enjoyed this treat that reminded me of my childhood.
I will definitely be back! Next time I might even get a drunken snoball. :)

Growing up I used to LOVE shaved ice, but it is rare to find a place that serves it. After dinner, we were looking for a place that served dessert/​drinks that wouldn’t be too heavy. This place has both options in one! There is a huge variety of flavors for the ices, which is great for kids. For adults, they have a wonderful menu of flavor creations that are spiked with tequila, rum, or vodka. Take one of their recommendations. Sometimes sno cones can be too sweet, but these guys have it down to a science. We ordered two smalls, the Rasta Colada and the Key west key lime, and it was more than enough! I usually don’t like rum, but I didn’t even notice it in the ice. It’s a fun place to go after a day at the beach or for a hybrid dessert. They also have a limited food menu, beer, and ice cream selection. You can «stuff» the sno ball creation with ice cream!

Ummmm liquor snow balls?! Sign me up! This place was PACKED on a Sunday night even and we barely waited! The girls were helpful and friendly… I ordered some skittles number with two shots of tequila and my husband ordered sloppy sunsets or something which had two shots of rum! It was a little pricey ($ 17) but sooo good and worth it! How fun! Will def go back if we ever return!

These chilly little pleasers start with the perfect texture of ice and combine with more tongue staining, chin dripping flavors than you could imagine to create that perfect icy matrix of childhood fame.
But Sno Balls doesn’t stop there, they have «add ins». You know coconut, gummy bears, rum, vodka, tequila. The sno ball has grown up and it’s a beautiful thing. This will become a family habit when we are in town. Service is friendly and not at all pushy, which is nice when there are so flavors to choose from.

Why 5 stars? Because how could a snow cone be better than this?

One of my biggest weaknesses in life is the snow cone. Anything frozen and sugary is usually the key to my heart. But the issue is that too many places do snow cones the wrong way. They take some crushed ice, and dump a bunch of flavoring on top. Boom. Snow cone.
No sir, that is the way to screw up a perfectly great little delight. Now, will I stay eat it? Absolutely. But, for shame.
This spot on the beach uses legit shaved ice, has 800 million flavors, and also offers cream on top. Oh, and guess what…
They also have alcoholic snow cones.

SNOWBALL FIGHT!!! Well maybe not the fight part, but these snowballs are such a delicious treat and you can find them right across from the beach on Treasure Island even when it is scorching hot! They have so many different unique flavors for these amazing frozen treats. They are so good you will have to fight your family members’ spoons off your bowl.
I have been coming here since I moved to the Tampa Bay Area in 2009. My favorite flavors are «Frog in a Blender» and «Shark Blood» but they also have creamier variants and many different fun toppings like Nerds and New Orleans Cream!!! There are so many different options that you will have to keep coming back. Recently, they started selling beer and can spike your SnoBall, they call it the Drunken SnoBall. Beware that you mouth will change color for about a day because of all the syrup they pour on these heavenly babies, but that is what makes them so darn good!
Most recently, we went here when it was a chilly 70 degrees. (Yes I have been here in Florida long enough that 70 seems chilly). When the weather outside is frightful, it’s best to take your SnoBall to go, but note that you cannot take the Drunken SnoBalls on the road!
The shaved ice is so soft and smooth. They really, and I mean REALLY load it up the the sugary syrup goodness. You will never ever want to eat the regular snow cones you get from ice cream truck after you try these luxuries. They are also very affordable priced (which is often hard to find at the beach). The staff is always so friendly, even under the different owners that have taken over. I will continue coming here no matter what the weather because these SnoBalls are so good they are like sunshine on my taste buds.
