Was visiting from out of town and developed a slow leak in a tire. A «Franchise» tire service near our hotel told me it would take a couple of weeks for me to get in.
Luckily I found Tire Factory! Was able to get in and repair was quick and painless!
Very good customer service and the team was highly professional!
Highly recommended as a great option to the «bigger guys».

Been here a few times, once to purchase my tires, once to have lug nuts tightened, and today for my tire balance and rotation. Every single visit has been great. Fast and friendly customer service.
With purchase of tires you get free tire inspections and rotation every 5 – 6,000 miles. To check and balance your tires is only $ 12.95 .
They have an open bay and customer waiting area. It’s nice because you can view them working on your vehicle.
Highly recommend this place for anyone who needs tires and wants a pleasant experience!

Had them change snows back to summers on my car and it cost around $ 80 which is maybe a little high, but they were genuinely nice and took care of me a week later when I suspected a bad valve stem in a wheel that had started giving me trouble just before I had the snows switched out. They definately did not have to do that!

Im not sure what is going on with Marathon. Maybe there is a new owner?
We took our jeep there for new tires and it was making some weird noises after driving a little the same day. We thought the lugs might be loose and called them at 5 minutes to their closing time and they wouldnt take us back in til the next day. We told them we were on Garfield by Olesons and they wouldnt do it, knowing this is a safety thing to boot! We then pulled in to the Tire Factory and they took us in, even closing at the same time as Marathon, found loose lugs from Marathon and tightened them all for us and then didnt charge us a dime! They should be thanking Tire Factory for saving them, lest one of our tires came off as it couldve been much worse! Tire Factory was super friendly and helpful, too!

I noticed I had a flat tire and these folks hooked me up. Very helpful, they weren’t too busy on a Saturday morning so it took less than an hour to get 1 new tire. I might have priced checked a bit more (cost around 80.00), but I’ve come here before and I trust them. So, trust is of greater importance than my time spent trying to look around for a better price.
