History
Established in 1948.
Gourdie-Fraser (GFA) was established in downtown Traverse City in 1948 as the John C. Norton Company. Since that time GFA has been proud to work for public and private clients throughout northern and central Michigan supplying surveying and engineering services. GFA is owned by 11 employee-shareholders. Today we are one of northern Michigan’s largest, and oldest, professional services firms.
