We have been using Deerfield to board our 2 dogs for the past 3 years. They do a great job. The dogs are always tired and happy when they come home because they have plenty of time to play outside in their fenced area. Our extremely hyper lab puppy strained his foot on one of his first stays there, and we were called immediately, and given daily updates (it was fine by the next day). They are always very accommodating, and I would definitely recommend them.

Our dog was seriously injured while staying at this boarding facility. They did not even contact us when this injury happened. Because of this, infection set in and she had to be stitched up in 7 different places on her back foot. The owner had no explanation and never apologized. He has yet to pay for the remainder of the vet bills. It has been almost 2 two months and she is JUST fully healed. WE WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY TO ANYONE!
