My family lives in this park and has l ived there for the past 10+ years. Park changed ownership a few years ago.
A much better option than the neighboring Scenic Mobile Home Park. Over the past five years or so, many people have moved out of the park, creating a lot of empty lots. The park has a good mix of different kinds of families. Some kids, but not too many.
There are no attractions in this park for kids… no basketball court, swimming pool, etc. The owner of the park does not live in the park.
