Vantage Transports

I simply can’t believe the neglect and abuse that your drivers and customer representative put the customers through. My father has been a client a Vantage Transportation for about 2 years and as time has progressed so has your employee’s rudeness and verbal abuse to the sick and elderly.
I came home today and asked my father how his day had gone, to my disbelief he told me that he had finished with his Dialysis early and waited for his transportation home when his driver didn’t show up he decided to call the transportation office. The customer service rep that answered told him the driver would be there about 12:30 and hour after hid dialysis ended, she then proceeded to tell him that if he wasn’t happy with the service he should find an alternate method of transportation. What kind of idiot would tell a client to go elsewhere? My father is blind in one, he felt so humiliated and simply told me that he would rather drive himself to his dialysis center. If my father suffers any kind of accident I am blaming it on your company and the stupidity of your representatives.
This is not the only time this has occurred, his driver constantly blames him or the other clients (passengers) when he is running late, it’s simply never the drivers fault. If your company can’t handle the client (passenger) load, then they simply should hire more drivers or not take new clients. All the company cares about is getting paid, they bill on time ever time and even bill for days that service was not provided; scamming the government and insurance companies. I will report this incident to the better business bureau, Stanislaus County Social Services, Local Newspaper and social media! This abuse must stop!

This place is horrible! They got in an accident with me in the car where I almost flew through the window shield because the driver didn’t secure my wheel chair down. they were never on time. They would not come on the right days, and then they told me they was removing my service because they would come one the wrong days and get mad because I wouldn’t go with them. One of the drivers would make sexually comments to me. This company is a awful company I would not recommend it to anyone.

This company is SHIESTY!!! I know a client of theirs and they are never on time, they are NOT professional and the manager of the East Bay Area route is a LIAR!
I also had applied for a job with them because they expressed they were hurting for drivers in the East Bay Area. I got the run around for 3 months and then the manager of the East Bay Area (where I would have been working) Bill told a client that they could not hire me because I had DUI. This could not be any farther from the truth!!! Then when I called the office to discuss this with his manager of course she is never available then they tell me the client lied and he never said that and they are over staffed. WTH???
Every person you speak with is a different story, there is NO communication within the company. Also if your schedule and appointments are not convenient for them they will take it upon themselves to call your facility and try and re-​arrange your schedule and appointments… TOTAL NO GO PEOPLE!
