I’ve heard he’s a great doctor. He’s been highly recommended but his office staff is horrible at answering the phone. There’s always a recording. I’m 31 weeks pregnant and have been trying to see him since I moved to the area around 24 weeks. I’ve only gotten through once and they gave me an appt 4 weeks from week 29 even though I told them I feel like I need to be seen soon. Now I’m trying to be seen for a concern and typical, I come across the answering machine daily. I get he’s a busy doctor but someone please answer the phone! I don’t want another dr…

Absolutely love Dr. Tsang and his staff! He has been my gynecologist for about three or four years now and just delivered our beautiful baby girl. I had some unavoidable complications after delivery and he has cared for me better than I could have imagined. It’s been a long healing process for me but he has been very uplifting and encouraging. Definitely proof that he goes beyond what is expected. He is the most fun, friendly, caring doctor I have ever encountered and I recommend him to everyone I know! His staff is also amazing. They are all very friendly and helpful! I got to know Ashley pretty well through this process and she is always a lot of fun to talk with!

Love this dr but not the staff. Been trying to cancel an appt all wk and I keep getting a recording stating the office is closed (even during business hrs). Do not bill me for a no show when I’m unable to cancel my appt.

Dr. Tsang is an incredible OB! He delivered my first baby and saw us through a comic ares pregnancy with several scares. He always had my best interests at heart, and the best interests for my baby. He delivered my baby with absolute perfection of technique and has exceptional bedside manner. I was devastated when we left the area because I don’t know how I will ever find an OB on par with Dr. Tsang. If you’re expecting, do not waste your time with anyone else!

Doctor Tsang is one of the best doctors I’ve ever seen in my life. He is so kind, understanding, patient, gentle, and best of all down to earth and personable. He is a doctor that I will keep for the rest of my life. Just because I enjoy him so much. I have referred many friends to go see him even though they live all the way in San Francisco. If you’re looking for a fantastic OBGYN I recommend you see doctor Tsang, you will change your mind about a male OBGYN. Thank you again Dr Tsang for being such a fantastic doctor and person.

I was recommended to Dr. Tsang and I highly recommend him. He took care of me for my last pregnancy and I wish he would have taken care of me for my first. His staff is very professional and always remember my name when they greet me. The office is very neat, clean and smells good!
Dr. Tsang is very understandable and on his busiest days takes the time to explain everything without me feeling rushed. He responds quickly to emails and always made time for me when I was feeling concerned. He was gentle and reassuring! During my delivery (c-​section) he talked with me to take the ease off things! Him and his staff are the best in Tracy! He visited me everyday for 5 days and my recovery was a breeze! I cannot thank Dr. Tsang and his staff enough for providing me with the highest quality of care! If I ever have another one (mostly likely not) I would hands down see him again. I’m not going any where but here!

I had been recommended to Dr Tsang by a very close friend. So glad I made my appointment. He has to be one of the kindest doctors. His bedside manners are excellent. He really took the time and answered all questions. Explained everything with detail. Would I recommend Dr Tsang? By far the best doctor I have encountered. Staff is also very friendly.

I think I might be used to more prompt responses to my calls in to the doctor or nurse. They say to not expect a call back for 72 hours from either Dr Tsang or a nurse. For me, two times that i have needed doctor’s guidance on trying to regulate my periods with medication, I haven’t heard back for the max time they indicate of 72 hours. It is frustrating when you need to know next steps sooner than that.
Like I said, everyone is nice, but just not the professionalism and promptness I would want from an OB/​GYN when I need their help.

Dr. Tsang is great, if you can make it past the incompetent front office/​receptionist. Their office policy «appointments only» is a lie. I was told this morning that their policy is first-​come-​first-​served! Seriously she told me that. I was scheduled for my annual checkup. I was early for my appointment, and arrived at the exact same time as another patient. She signed in first and I saw that her apt time was at 10 am. Mine was at 9:30. They called her back at about 9:40; I thought hmmm that’s odd… maybe they had an extra room available. At 9:50 I asked how much longer; I had a work meeting to get back for, and asked if they had made a mistake by taking the other patient before me. I was told NO! That they run a first-​come-​first-​served schedule. It did NOT matter that I was early for my appointment time. They gave it away to someone else. AND they would not refund me my copay!!! They would not tell me how long I would have to wait to be seen, AND they did not offer to re-​schedule my appointment. I wanted to speak with the office manager (the Dr’s wife) and she was not in today, may not be in tomorrow… actually she told me they don’t know when she will be in. If I performed like this on my job I would be FIRED! They seem to think it is okay for them to ask us to show up early, charge us if we cancel within a 24 hour window, take and keep our copay, never actually see us and NOT compensate us in any way for the insult and huge inconvenience. Beware!!!

Dr. Tsang is the best of the best. I have had an incredible journey to becoming a Mother to a living child. He was professional, thorough and got to the bottom of all of my issues. He is intelligent, sincere, authentic, kind and comical as well! This doctor truly knows what he is doing and you will not be dissapointed. His office is extremely professional. I absolutely HATE going to the OB/​GYN like most women and Dr. Tsang made the experience as best as it could be.

This was my first visit to Dr. Tsang. He is fantastic. He took his time to welcome me, educate me, listen to me and I felt like I was in good hands. He is conscientious about giving individual care for my individual needs. I highly recommend him. And normally I wont go to a male ob gyn doctor.

Dr. Tsang is amazing. I tell him all the time that I wish he was any other doctor besides my OB. I hate going to the OB, but look forward to seeing him. Very easy to talk to, has great communication when it comes to diagnosis and is simply a caring gentle man. I never thought that id be comfortable with a male doctor, but he makes the experience as comfortable as possible. Everybody that I’ve referred to him has absolutely loved him.
