I rented space here and was very pleased with the customer service and also the honest one month free offer!
I have not moved my stuff in yet, so I only gave them 4’s. I will update my review at the end of May, hopefully adding the 5th.

My husband and I rented a UHual from this location and the man and woman running the front were great! They were so helpful and very caring. If we ever need to rent another uhaul or even need a storage unit, we will definitely be back!

Though they deserve no stars. Big warning, these people do not know what a reservation means. If a trailer doesn’t work, a courtesy phone call would have been nice before we drove out.

Dont Do It !!! Rented a unit from Tracy mini Storage. After A Few Months Notticed The Fireproofing from the Building was falling off and all over my boxes. Asked if They could resolve or move me to another unit. their response was we cannot do anything take it or leave it… I left

Beware the rip-​off artists. Sure, you get a cheap rental, but they refused to acknowledge a weekday coupon I had found online. Then, they rented the van to me with ½ tank of gas, and when I returned with more gas than I left with, they refused to give me a credit for the extra gas. Never mind that had I returned with less, they would have charged me $ 30 plus the cost of gas. They told me to call customer service, and when I asked them to call with me there to resolve the problem, they absolutely refused to make the phone call. Terrible customer service, something U-​Haul is famous for. If you rent, never give them more gas than you leave with. Stand up for your rights and call customer service to complain. Don’t sign the papers agreeing to charges — I sure didn’t.
