Despite the fact they got the stuff inside the truck, i thought they were extremely unprofessional (my wife told me they made comments among themselves about my wifes ass). Also, they tried to charge me for a different rate for additional hours of service. Moreover, one guy kept making small talk instead of working… Not happy with the overall quality of their work…

One of the movers cut his arm and BLED ON OUR FURNITURE. BLOOD. Didn’t tell us — we discovered when we arrived. Contacted them — they requested email communication. Now they’re not replying.

David and Darren (sorry if I got your name wrong :() met us at our home in the city. They worked extremely hard and loaded our truck quickly. They were incredibly kind. What phenomenal hard workers! I am thankful for their strength!

They are not backed by Uhaul, they only use the site to promote their business. Uhaul can’t do anything to help you if you have a complaint. Found out the hard way. I have plenty of complaints. If they had packed and wrapped my furniture correctly, it would not have been damaged. They claimed it was the «truck’s fault». Only when we unpacked did we notice the utter damage to my furniture. I have sent letters (certified-​i know you got them Paul!) I have sent pictures… no response. Monkeys would have done a more professional job. Don’t pay them upfront if you still decide to use them! They are cheap for a reason. I feel they took my money and ran and won’t repair their damages to my furniture. I am looking into pursuing my legal rights. I gave Paul Hussey fair warning… I tried to work this out amicably but he refuses to contact me back. I cannot say this enough… DO NOT USE THEM! I am also sending my complaints to the BBB and who ever else will listen.

This moving company is one man that arranges to send day laborers to your house to help you move while you use your own truck.
Paul Hussey called me 36 HOURS before my family planned to move and CANCELED. When I told him that he couldn’t do that since I already paid him with my credit card and the charge already showed up on my statement he got very angry and rude. He proceeded to hang up on me.
DO NOT USE THEM, even though they are backed through UHAUL and
neither company stood behind TOP FLIGHT MOVING SERVICES, only asked that I submit a review on their website. I also googled Top Flight Moving Services, there was nothing on them, no address or business listing.
