Solutions Medical Spa was establish in August 2005 by current owner, Veronica Yerian RN, her business partner Terri Shannon RN, and Dr. Hong Kim MD. Since its grand opening almost 9 years ago, Solutions Medical Spa has received the distinguished honor of Tracy’s «Best of the Best» award each year. The staff at Solutions has now grown to include licensed esthetician, Janine Scudder, front office manager Jacquelyn Yerian, receptionist Donna Burse, and current business Co-​owner Dr. Devinder K. Makker MD. The facility specializes in maximizing skin health, restoring a natural and more radiant appearance, and promoting dermatological education for patients. Solutions Medical Spa is committed to providing excellent patient care, ensuring confidentiality, utilizing up to date products and services, and guaranteeing customer satisfaction with the facility, staff, products, and treatments.

I love this place! Jeanine and Veronica are both amazing! I’ve gone to other places and can honestly say, you get more here than anywhere else. At other facial spas I’ve felt «run through» and walk out with my skin not nearly as nice. I’ve felt «skimped» at other places.
(Even some of the best rated Bay Area places on Unilocal!)
For instance: microdermabrasion. All machines aren’t created equal. Other places charge top dollar, but my skin doesn’t feel or look the same as at Solutions Medical Spa. They have nice equipment, and know what they’re doing.
There are many times they’ve done complimentary things when they don’t have to. They already go above and beyond.

I had Botox done by Veronica and I am so happy with the results! She is the sweetest most professional person ever, her voice is very calming and reassuring which really helps with any nervous that you might have before any cosmetic treatment. She will not rush you out of the office, she takes her time and really knows what’s she’s doing. This was only my second time getting Botox and I must say that I know now what to expect when receiving this treatment because of Veronica since I am now convinced my first experience at another spa was rushed, unprofessional and I am now completely sure I received watered down Botox at said other spa that left me with headaches and a crazy lady brow that took 10 days to kick in on top of that smh… not with Veronica! Not only did she give an amazing result but she used less units instead and convinced me that I didn’t need as many as I was prepared to buy because she knows exactly how to place them for the results that I wanted. Boy am I happy with my face! Love this place and Vero, I will be back! You have earned my business

Veronica is the absolute best. I went in for my laser hair removal and already see a difference. She uses the GentleYag laser hair removal and it is a perfect fit for my dark skin. Janine is awesome to work with, make sure to book an appointment with her for a facial. Service is top notch and prices are very reasonable.
