The carpet in several rooms of our house needed restretched. Robert gave me an estimate over the phone, showed up right on time, and was able to stick to his initial estimate. He and his team had the whole thing done in an hour, and were happy to help me move a couple of larger pieces of furniture that I couldn’t move myself. The price was extremely fair (second time I’ve had this done in 11 years of owning, first time was quite a bit more). I highly recommend Robert and his team!

My sister highly recommended Robert’s Carpet Cleaning, so I called and scheduled an appointment for today, I was given a window of 1−2pm. At 1:55, their van pulled up, I had my front door open as I was expecting them. I walked into the kitchen (you can still see the front door from the kitchen) to check on my kids through the window as they were playing outside, and when I turned around and walked straight back towards the front door, their van was gone! They never called me (I had my phone with me) nor did they even come to the front door! They just left. I have been calling, texting, and sending emails, all within the last hour, and have gotten NO RESPONSE! I have no clue what happened, all I know is no one has communicated with me! I’m extremely upset, and until they rectify this situation, this review will remain unchanged!

Very happy with their service. Price for carpets was a little higher than last time I had them clean them but they came out well, were on time and very professional. They also offered to clean my tile kitchen the next day and that came out better than expected and the cost was very fair. I will use them again.

Robert’s carpet did an excellent job cleaning our very dirty carpet especial on the stairs. We also had 2 areas that had bleach stains and Robert’s carpet did an excellent job patching them up. For our 2,400 sq ft home in Tracy, the pricing they offered was quite competitive. They were on time and highly professional. In future, I would definitely engage them for more carpet cleaning and patching services.

Our carpets look great! First time in years we have had them cleaned and Michael focused on the spots, treated them, scrubbed and they are gone! Robert’s Carpet Cleaning did an excellent job! I emailed Robert regarding a carpet install in a house that I would be closing on in a few days. He responed to me quickly and I set up an appointment with him to take a measurment. The day of the appointment he was a no show. I called him 30 minutes later and left a message. He texted me back a short time later and said that he was unable to make it. Ok? I cannot recommend him to anyone based on his poor customer service.

Just had carpet installed by Robert. He did a great job. He came out very quickly to give us a quote, was prompt with all our questions/​concerns and did a nice job installing. His price was better than all the surrounding carpet companies. Highly recommend.

I needed someone to repair a large corner of a bedroom in our rental before moving that our dog tore up. Needed the padding to be fixed, a patch and resealed in several spots. I sent pictures to Robert and he responded quickly with a quote of $ 225 and was at my house the next day to fix it. He drove all the way to Ceres from Tracy and was finished in about an hour. Carpet turned out great and looks like it never happened! Was very pleased with his professionalism and quick work! Thank you so much Robert!

Robert really did an excellent job for us today! He and his crew stretched and washed the carpet for our house. His quote was reasonable and his work was incredible! My 10 years old carpet look like new after he finished. He is the best! I will still do business with him in the future.

Robert and crew are incredible! This is the third time we have used this company. Robert and his crew do outstanding work in a timely, seamless (no pun intended) fashion. I had carpet picked out after shopping for the best price for over a month. I was ready to order it at a fabulous price and called Robert to obtain an installation date. H e asked how much I was spending on the carpet, I told him and he was able to beat the price by a substantial amount and deliver it in no time at all. The install was flawless and completed in a timely fashion. Robert and his associate also ensured that the place was completely vacuumed and spotless when they left. Don’t waste your time getting a lot of bids… this guy is the BEST. Thank you Robert for another outstanding job

I love these guys! We have had two seperate carpet installations within the last 10 years and always use them. No carpet store could come close to the affordability of Robert’s and they are professional reliable and skilled. A family run businesses that specializes in customer service. They helped us move our very heavy furniture and our carpet looks amazing. They stand behind their work and even made a carpet repairs twice on our berber 5 years after installation because of a few oops that we made at little to no cost. They picked up our carpet from the warehouse installed it perfectly and hauled the old one away. I would give them more stars if I could!
