History

Established in 2004.

The original company «The Home Inspector, Inc.» was originally launched in 2004 when Rick Daniel joined Dave Frederick and incorporated Dave’s original company.

The inspections are performed using recording and reporting practices designed and developed by the founding inspectors including David Frederick (retired), Rick Daniel and Dennis Welsh (retired).

The report is additionally based on the Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI ID# 9 050 701), the Standards of Practice of American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI ID# 258 510) and the State of California’s Business and Professions Code.

The Home Inspector Inc. was officially closed in December, 2014.

Rick Daniel continues to conduct home inspections under the new brand, Rick Daniel Home Inspections.

Rick began his career as a full time inspector in October, 2004 when friend and colleague Dave Frederick decided to retire from the industry.

He quickly learned the nuances and inner workings of how a successful inspection business operated. With a full commitment to customer service and excellent reporting he has continued to gain market share. Respected by business owners and local residents, his professionalism is only out scored by his wonderful attitude and enthusiasm for giving the highest attention to his clients.
